Hotel Master

The hotel is in an excellent location behind the Brescia Castle. You can reach the castle through a 400-meter tunnel. The room is very comfortable. The breakfast is very rich. It is antique and very Italian in style. It is worth staying. It is convenient to drive. There is free parking.

The hotel is in an excellent position just a few hundred meters from the historic center of Brescia, nearby there are various bars where you can have breakfast and some places to have lunch and dinner. The rooms are good and fairly clean. For a couple the standard room is perfect, we had an inconvenience, we booked the 16m2 standard room with Trip.com and they gave us the smaller French room, but the real inconvenience was that from the suction nozzle of the The bathroom air smelled like smoke. Therefore, after having pointed this out, unfortunately after the second night, they changed our room giving us the standard one and basically without the smell of smoke. In the end, if there hadn't been this inconvenience, the stay would have been perfect, a shame. If they know about this problem they shouldn't give these problem rooms to anyone. At first, as soon as we arrived, it seemed that someone had recently smoked in the room and the receptionist even ventilated the room and sprayed a product that absorbs fumes. If they had told us that the problem was the room we would have changed rooms immediately. Unfortunately I think they know very well the problem with some rooms and continue to assign them. However, I give a slightly positive overall rating.

An excellent hotel with excellent transport accessibility, but at the same time within walking distance to the historical center. Comfortable room, good textiles. Convenient parking. I liked the dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the breakfast was also good.

On the way back to Milan by car, I heard that Brescia is a good city, so I booked this hotel. It was probably a 4-star hotel. Although it was a bit old, the room was large and clean, and the breakfast was good. It's close to the attractions, and it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the new church, square, and temple ruins.

The price of the room is excellent for a ⭐⭐⭐⭐, but its low price justifies the minimal size of the room, but the service is excellent anyway.

Nice and welcoming reception, the room was good overall but the beds and pillows were not perfectly clean. The location is quite central and the parking is free and convenient. The Spa was a little too expensive in my opinion, we didn't try it

Personale della reception molto professionale. Ottima posizione dell'Hotel per il centro di Brescia. Hotel pulito anche se in stanza non era presente il set di cortesia. Ho dovuto telefonare per avere la cuffia per i capelli. Il portasapone liquido sul lavandino era vuoto, quindi seconda telefonata alla reception per avere il sapone. La ciliegina sulla torta è stata la colazione del sabato mattina 07/09. Premetto che mia figlia è celiaca. Arrivata nella sala ristorante chiedo alla cameriera di avere prodotti senza glutine. Generalmente negli hotel a 4 stelle, mia figlia riceve un cestino di prodotti senza gluitne con una vasta gamma di opzioni. In questo caso la cameriera, scocciata, ha preso lo scatolone di cartone dove c'erano i prodotti senza glutine e ha detto a mia figlia di scegliere. C'era comunque poco da scegliere, corn flakes e fette biscottate, il pane le è stato portato a parte. Nessun tipo di biscotto e /o merendina. Poi abbiamo preso dal buffet della colazione due fettine di priosciutto crudo, due di formaggio, un nutellino e una mela. A fine colazione, poichè mia figlia non aveva mangiato la mela, l'ho presa e messa in borsa. La cameriera in questione mi ha urlato dal fondo della sala che era vietato portare via cibo dalla sala ristorante. E' come se al ristorante, quando ti resta un pezzo di pizza nel piatto, il cameriere non ti permettesse di avere la scatola per portartela via. Comunque quella mela era sul mio tavolo, l'avevo toccata con le mie mani e ho pensato di portarla via anche per avere una "merenda" per mia figlia a metà mattina. Solo le persone con gravi intolleranze alimentari possono capire come sia difficile viaggiare, soprattutto con bambini/ragazzi. La cameriera, oltre ad essere stata una grande maleducata si è dimostrata anche una persona poco empatica e con scarsa sensibilità. Ho raccontato l'accaduto alla Signorina Ewa della reception chiedendo di voler pagare la mela. La Signorina Ewa si è scusata ed era molto rimbarazzata e dispiaciuta per quanto era successo. Ho apprezzato molto la sua professionalità. La mia opinione sull'Hotel Master rimane, tuttavia, negativa. Gli ospiti vanno accolti e non umiliati.
