"The hotel is very close to the Brescia train station, very easy to reach even on foot. The staff is very friendly, and the room is fairly clean and tidy. For breakfast, I would only recommend having a hotel staff member make your own waffles instead of the waffle maker, because that's where the long line formed, especially among young people and other tourists, because you had to wait for it to cook. My kids, for example, eventually gave up because time was running out and we had to leave. Otherwise, everything was fine, we had a great time."

"We stopped at this hotel. Our car was parked in the closed and secure parking lot. During the night, our vehicle was vandalized, roof shattered, someone jumped on it!! At the time of the incident, the people there that day assured us that all costs related to the accident would be covered by the hotel. We had the car repaired upon our return to France and we sent them the invoice for €455 remaining to be paid by us. Since that day, no sound, no image and everything has been at our expense, they have not refunded anything!!! Avoid because if something happens to you, they will not keep their word."

"Lovely entrance way on a quiet tree lined street. Welcomed by the manager, it was no problem to put our bikes in the internal courtyard. We were even brought a glass of water at reception. Room and bathroom were spacious. Manager supplied us with a kettle when I hadn’t realised our room didn’t come with one. But it was no problem. There’s a handy supermarket about 400m away. About 20mins walk to centre. No mattress protector or duvet covers which we found not very nice."
