Even though the location wasn’t very central, the metro station was just around the corner and the train brought you within 33-4 stops to either the city centre or the central train station. The architecture of the hotel was a bit idd (see photo) but the rooms were very comfy and practical. A fridge, wifi, aircon, a hairdryer were all there and I felt safe and could sleep without the normal city noises.
The staff was multilingual and very helpful. The breakfast room was a bit bland but the breakfast itself was quite alright for italian breakfast standards (breads, cereals, pastries, fresh fruit, yoghurt, fresh Italian coffee). I really enjoyed staying here and will certainly come back!

Ho trascorso oltre una settimana in questo albergo a causa di un ricovero di un conoscente. È una struttura con più punti di forza che debolezze. Andiamo con ordine: Punti di forza: 1) l'hotel è stato recentemente ristrutturato, anche grazie ai decreti di ripartenza post COVID. 2) Wifi e parcheggio interno gratuiti, camera dotata di cassaforte e mini frigo, piccolo radiatore azionabile a piacere in bagno per asciugare la biancheria, o scaldare l'interno, televisione con Sky, asciugacapelli. 3) Personale di reception squisitamente gentile e disponibile. 4) La struttura si trova a meno di 100 metri dagli Spedali Civili, dalla fermata della metro, in una zona ricca di servizi e attività commerciali. 5) Pulizia stanze giornaliera. Punti negativi : 1) Pulizie un po' approssimative, addetta scorbutica. 2) La vicinanza all' ospedale espone al passaggio di ambulanze a sirene spiegate a tutte le ore. Inoltre la vicinanza con i raccoglitori dei rifiuti faceva sì che si venisse svegliati dal camion degli operatori ecologici a notte fonda. Suggerisco di farsi assegnare una stanza che non sia sul fronte strada. 3) Costo colazione non proporzionato all'offerta (prodotti industriali), costo lavanderia eccessivo. 4) Armadio con luce interna che si accendeva da sola nel cuore della notte Complessivamente un buon albergo, ideale per chi ha necessità di servirsi dell' ospedale, tanto quanto per chi vuole visitare il centro della città, raggiungibile in meno di 10 minuti con la metro.

Struttura senza infamia a senza lode ma comoda perchè vicina alla metro e in 3 fermate sei in centro. Camera spaziosa, calda e confortevole ma qualcosa di pulizia andrebbe migliorato. Comodo il garage. La zona nei dintorni è un mortorio.

Di fronte all'Ospedale e vicino ad altre strutture sanitarie, offre camere ed appartamenti ed ospita molti familiari di ricoverati. Vi ho soggiornato alcune notti per la stessa ragione. Personale alla reception (titolari ?) molto gentile e prodigo di spiegazioni. La reception la notte non è presidiata, si entra con un codice numerico e chiave dalla camera. Camera nr. 5,al piano terra; spartana ma completa e pulita; bagno ampio ed attrezzato per ospiti con disabilità, cosa che comunque non crea problemi ai normodotati. Servizio prima colazione in una saletta nel seminterrato, anche questa molto basica ma sufficiente, almeno per le mie esigenze. Comodo il parcheggio gratuito; WiFi gratuito veloce e stabile.

Stanza vecchia letti poco comodi nel bagno phon poco sicuro, scarico wc rotto....assenza di saponette, le tovaglie non cambiate per il giorno successivo.inoltre, non consiglio acquisto colazione in quanto cibo molto scadente . Non penso di ritornare e non consiglio.
