I had an absolutely terrible experience at Sonesta ES Suites Nashville Brentwood. My family and I were subjected to one of the worst hotel stays we've ever encountered. On our second night, the room we were placed in was infested with ants and cockroaches—a serious health violation that forced us to leave immediately. The hotel staff decided to move us to another hotel at 1 AM, completely disrupting our vacation. This wasn’t a choice on our part but a necessity due to the unacceptable conditions. I’ve been met with delays . I strongly advise anyone considering staying here to think twice. This experience has been a nightmare, and the hotel’s negligence and lack of professionalism are unacceptable. Given the way things have been handled so far, I won’t be holding my breath.

Doyle review There is good customer service and then there is absolutely outstanding customer service, which we experienced from Doyle P. during our recent stay at Sonesta ES Suites Nashville Brentwood!! From the moment he said hello, with his kind voice and sweet smile, we knew we were in good hands! He proceeded to go through the standard check in with professionalism and expertise. Then, upon hearing that we were here to explore Nashville and surrounding areas, he went over and above by providing a treasure trove of helpful information!! It felt like we had our own personal travel guide!! Doyle wound up being an unexpected gem to enhance our stay at the hotel!!

Let me be clear, the people at the front desk, the cleaning crew and maintenance staff who are mostly making a livable wage, are relatively good people. They work hard try their best and do what they can with what they have. So for the staff as individuals they get amazing reviews! This place is filthy, disgusting, and is fulled with non sanitary conditions and multiple ADA violations. They dont clean well, or with approved cleaning supplies, the beds are old and the plumbing is like living in a sewer. This placed is filled with long term drifters who don’t particularly prefer safety and cleanliness. The pictures they have posted are deceptive and is not a true representation of the property. The manager is dismissive, never contacted me and worked her staff to death trying to tidy things up because I had complained. I have proof of all my complaints and have opened at least 8 cases with corporate. Crickets…

Stay elsewhere unless you simply need a large living space and don't mind being in older outdated property where not all areas are updated. Bathroom outdated and has black mold. Door with "interesting" patch job. Breakfast not hood. Stock pictures must have been from years ago and breakfast not accuracy shown. No trash can in bathroom.

I've been staying at Sonesta ES Brentwood for roughly 5 years on my visits. The past couple of visits have been a let down. Unkept grounds, rude staff, and a problem with safety. The staff has gone downhill in quality and I felt uncomfortable this time giving them my financial information for the stay. Rude breakfast host, shorter breakfast hours, and room left with minimal supplies. I will find other accommodations from now on.

The room was beautiful and extremely clean. Chris amd Teri went out of their way o help me. They are so kind and friendly. If you stay here believe me, you're not going to want to leave. The area around the hotel is so beautiful 😍

Welcoming staff! Property was well maintained with lots to offer. Food and retail close by. Hats off to Jacob and Veronica. They were both pleasant and informative. Looking forward to staying here again.

The stove top had dried food stains, oven also had food stains, dead bugs on the kitchen floor between the stove and refrigerator, dirt build up on ceilings from dirty air vents and the insult to injury was it took three days to get issues resolved even including the involvment of manager Christopher Pearson. My mom and I have been staying here annually for the past four years and have never had this type of experience!

Hello, I have been meaning to leave a review from my trip to Nashville. My sister and I stayed at this wonderful hotel in Brentwood which was recommended by a good friend of ours. We only stayed for 1 night which was on September 3rd through the 4th. We loved our room - it was clean, smelled fresh, had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious. I had eggs, bacon slices, freshly chopped scallions which was a nice touch. Orbinette was very sweet and helpful. We were traveling to Missouri on next day so we needed some ice for our coolers - she offered to fill it up which got us through an entire ride. This was very kind of her. Overall, we were highly satisfied with the whole experience. If we ever go back to TN, we will definitely return to Sonest ES Suites! :)
