Could be better!
Front of house were nice, but by 9pm you are on your own.
We needed a few things after a night check in and everything was locked up and we could get no assistance.
Beds were not comfortable.
Room and bathroom were clean and large, but very very dated.

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb in Schwachhausen, dafür sehr ruhig, auch die Zimmer zur Straße hin. Für Fahrräder gibt es leider keinen verschließbaren Raum, nur einen Abstellplatz hinter dem Haus. Aufzug fehlt, man muss alles 2 Treppen hochschleppen. Das Zimmer sehr klein und eng, kaum dass man ums Bett herumkommt. Das Bad ebenso eng, selbst für eine Person. Man stößt ständig irgendwo an. Das Frühstück ist durchschnittlich, das übliche (3 Sorten Käse, 4 Sorten Wurst, geschnittene Tomaten, Gurken, etc, etwas Müsli, Joghurt aus Plastikbecher, kein Obst, Kaffeespezialitäten (Espresso, Latte macchiato) kosten extra. Nochmal muß ich da nicht hin.

Nachdem ich im Dezember 2023 ein Schönes Einzelzimmer im Hotel hatte, wurde mir im Januar 2024 in einem der Pensionen Heldt -andere Straßenseite - ein Zimmer zugewiesen. NIE WIEDER ! Keine Vorhänge— Erdgeschoss- nachts ständig Personen. Sehr sinnig für Alleinreisende Frauen ! Rief sofort an der Rezeption an, hätte mir auch mit einer großen Decke als Vorhang beholfen. Leider war nichts nach Rückkehr gegen 23:00 h vorhanden! IMMER nachfragen ob Zimmer im Hotel oder gegenüber!
