Поселили в маленькую комнатушку. В лучшем случае 18-19м2. Хотя бронировали стандарт 25м2. Очень некомфортный номер, крошечный сан узел, муравьи ползают. Никогда не видела таких миниатюрных номеров. Маленькая территория, точнее ее нет. Расположение хорошее , удобная набережная для прогулок вдоль моря. Сама Брелла очень понравилась. Завтраки не понравились , очень посредственные, уровень 3*. Ужины тоже не фонтан. Все очень скромно. Постоянная толкотня и очереди на шведском столе. Пляж хороший, но общественный. Лежаки с зонтиками за отдельную плату. Хотя лучше включили бы эту плату в проживание и не мелочились бы. Сервис отсутствует полностью. Например, чтобы поменять лампочку пришлось звонить больше 10 раз и только к вечеру пришел мастер. При выселении очень расстроил персонал на рецепции - наши чемоданы не могли принести более получаса , из-за этого чуть не опоздали в аэропорт . Устроили нам нервотрепку . «Сейчас , сейчас» - в итоге ожидали чемоданы 30-40 мин. Не вернулась бы в этот отель точно.

Schönes Hotel in mitten eines Pinienwaldes.
Nicht für Personen mit Gehschwäche, da es viel Bereiche mit Treppen (ohne Aufzug) gibt.
Das essen ist gut und auch die Auswahl ist okay, aber die Atmosphäre im Speisesaal erinnert an eine Werkskantine. (Laut und ungemütlich)
Amex wird nicht akzeptiert.
Das Hotel hat keine eigenen (kostenlosen) Liegen am Strand. Eine liege kostet 10€ und ein Schirm 5/8€.

Nice location, but not a 5 star quality hotel
The hotel is nicely located directly at the beach but not accessible for people with disability or have problems walking. It is a lot of stars up and down to the pool and beach. There is only elevators within the hotel to some of the floors.
The hotel was clean, but most of the staff wasn't service minded for being a 5 star hotel.
The breakfast was really nice but the dinner was just ok.
This hotel will not fullfill your standard if you are used to 5 star hotels from US/Western Europe/Asia.

Quality hotel in a gorgeous part of the world.
This is a nice hotel. Modern, elegant, clean - right on beach. Gym is OK - could be better - but could be A LOT worse. Spa was good - massage treatment was decent (which says a lot because it is hard to find good 'deep tissue' massage) - although I was told it was 60 min and I am sure it was more like 45 min, max of 50 min (I didn't argue about it - doing so after the treatment is futile).
In general, the reception staff were very helpful and accommodating. Bravo.
The breakfast is nice. You are right on the beach within walking distance of everyone one can do in this area.
Overall positive experience.
