They proactively informed me about breakfast times, elevator locations, and the Wi-Fi password. They even thoughtfully recommended local attractions and authentic snacks worth trying. Any questions I had were patiently and meticulously answered by the staff; their service awareness was top-notch. The interior of the guest room was truly impeccable. Upon entering, there was no stuffiness or smoke smell at all; the ventilation was excellent. The overall cleanliness and tidiness were surprisingly good. The floor, tabletop, and windowsill were spotless. The sound insulation also deserves praise; noise from the hallway and outside was almost inaudible, ensuring my rest was completely undisturbed. The air conditioning responded quickly to both cooling and heating. The large-screen TV and high-speed Wi-Fi provided a smooth experience for streaming shows or working without lag. There were also leisure tables and chairs by the window, making it very pleasant to sit and enjoy the view in my free time. The lighting was soft and not harsh, creating a wonderful ambiance.
