Great
SSaitotiVery clean and quiet. Each room has a kitchen set including a dining table and 4 chairs (stove, refrigerator, microwave, dish washer, and cook wares, etc) We used a Premium room. It has two separate rooms with a queen bed. Very nice. Swimming pool and fitness room are very good and many people use them. Overall my family is very satisfied with the facility. Will visit again next time.
SShinyoungThe size of the room is large and has a sofa bed, which is very useful. The size of the TV is very large, the bed is comfortable, and the bedding is very good. Breakfast is basic, but it's enough to start the day and there are coast and Aikia around, so it's good to shop. When using the airport, it's a good location or a considerable distance from downtown Chicago. Lots of parking is also the advantage of this hotel.
GGuest UserThe people coming in and out are very messy, the lobby is very noisy, and the service is not good. I asked the other party to send a quilt, called several times, and no one delivered it after waiting for several hours... I will not stay again in the future
JJaime FredricksonThe staff was fabulous, food was really good, and the place was clean! A great location in Schaumburg! Close to everything!! The room was really nice… Only things were that the fridge was noisy at times and the shower occasionally made noises… The fridge didn’t wake us at all though, so we didn’t really mind… The pool was smaller than expected and closed for maintenance/cleaning on a Sunday morning, which I didn’t think was the best timing. Kids were bummed of course as we didn’t get to use them and it’s one of the reasons I picked this hotel… Overall, we would still choose to stay here again should we come back to Schaumburg area…
GGuest UserI was kind of disappointed because they did not say or write anything about the pool being closed on trip.com once we get there there is a sign saying under reconstruction. Overall it was a nice hotel
SSamDamThe hallways smell very bad. The bathroom is a bit dingy. The sheets were clean. They don't offer dry cleaning/laundry and they clean the room after 3 nights minimum. They don't have some amenities stocked like medicine, etc in the store. I stayed here because it was cheap and close the Renaissance hotel and convention center. For the price it was worth it.
BBao LongAfter a business trip, this type of hotel can be rented for a short period of time. There are simple cookers for cooking, but they are very simple. The room is not very big, it is still quiet, there is a shopping center around, except the hotel network is not very good, the other overall is good, the price is cheap.
