Hilton Garden Inn Schaumburg

Very bad experience..Power outage issue..for whole day.. Elevator not working..Had to take stairs..Checkin I did after 11:00PM had to wait 2 hours for check in.. Totally dissatisfied.. Request to refund back

Very nice place to stay. Very clean and hotel feels new, even though it isn’t. Bartender/morning waiter John is the best. He goes above and beyond his job duties to make sure you are taken care of. This hotel makes me feel like home.

Having limited mobility the desk is just off to the right, elevators are located fairly close. Our room is handicapped accessible and it would not matter what you use this room has plenty of space. Front desk staff is friendly. The big down side for us is after a 5.5 hour car ride we were excited they have a restaurant on site, however after we got here it’s closed for a private party. That’s hard after driving so far to have to get back in the car. Over all recommend staying you won’t be disappointed!

Tucked away in a calm section of town, I felt very welcome in this hotel. The lobby was nice, neat, and surprisingly spacious. I couldn't be happier with the room. Bed was comfortable and clean. I was at the hotel for four nights for both business and pleasure. If there's an area I thought could use some improvement, it would be the complimetary breakfast. There are not enough options available. Hotel staff went above and beyond in rendering assistance. Special shouts out to Daniel, Anthony, Miriam, and especially the manager, Becca. Top-notch courtesy! There are a shining example of what hotel staff should be. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

I was having a horrible experience with cancelled flights two nights in a row. You front desk employee and especially David at the bar were exceptionally friendly and helped get me out of my traveling blues. David was not only helpful and friendly but working his butt off. Thanks David for putting a smile back on my face after two challenging days!

We found John H to be a most gracious and excellent host at the bar and restaurant. He represents the Hilton Garden Inn with a welcoming and friendly attitude that go well beyond what have experienced in our travels. Because of John, we will certainly return on our next trip.

Really enjoyed staying there for my 4 night business trip. Loved having the cooked to order breakfast, John and Sergio were always smiling and seemed happy to be there.

Great hotel I travel for 90 percent for work always stay at this location great rooms clean great service at in evening from John that host the bar. I would recommend this hotel over others I have stayed at in the area and I have hit just about all of them you can try them but will end up back here.
