The style of the serviced apartment, there is a bar downstairs, no restaurant, the room is small but the decoration is very comfortable, the parking is convenient nearby, the location of the city center is very good👍

Really enjoy this stay. Everything was extremely clean in the rooms. Front desk staff are very helpful with whatever you need. Pool and bar area is one of the best I’ve seen in awhile. I will book again in the future.

The room is spacious and the muffin served for breakfast is delicious.

After staying at hotels around the same price for a few days that were dirty and roach infested, surestay was a breath of fresh air! The Sarasota location on north tamiami is extremely clean and well kept. Sandra at the front desk was extremely helpful and so nice! For the low price this hotel is a hidden gem!

It was very good experience no problems from the staff overall I would have to say is very good experience with the room in the pool and the restless oh yeah I think we worked out with Sagan

The hotel has a great location, very convenient for exploring the area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. On our first night, we had an issue with noisy neighbors, but the reception staff kindly offered to change our room, which we really appreciated. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is quite good as well. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Very nice stay,check in and out though a machine,it’s easy and smooth. Need to put $100 deposit but after a staff check up it will refund to you. Breakfast is okay.

I don't even know where to begin America's value downtown beautiful Sarasota Florida it's definitely one of a kind whether it's a steak Asian or a vacation. Customer service for desk are always so professional well-mannered and willing to help and will always go the extra mile. I've been saying it this room at least three times a week for less 2 months never have had an issue with a chicken or a dirty room anything of that matter they take pride in their building and they're exterior as well as their interior. They have rooms with non-smoking smoking poolside gardenside or even with a balcony standing room double room king size room double bed full bed so it's definitely worth the variety and it's such a great amazing price you must have a key to get inside the building to get to your room you must be fully checked in and have a key for your safety is taken into consideration as well on their behalf. In the front office is where you get your breakfast complimentary breakfast cereal coffee through orange juice apple juice they have as well. I got to say for their price they really do their job well to keep it great growing business keep up the good work and as always I love my stay with you it's my home away from home whether it's for a night movie or a month and I promise you won't be disappointed soda machine on site snack vending machine on site laundry last night as well as ice machine they carry Wi-Fi mini refrigerator and microwave as well what can I say it's like a mini apartment thank you for keeping everything so beautiful nice and as always I will keep coming back see you again soon this is definitely a five-star rating hotel in my eyes I promise you won't be disappointed.

It definitely was a good stay I really can’t complain the rooms are good size the bedding and towels were clean an fresh and I would have to say it was in a good location in the heart of the Ringling art school
