Hotels with Breakfast in Gatlinburg

Had a wonderful historic Inn. Rustic and charming. Excellent location, in the middle of all the amazing shopping and attractions. Had a beautiful view from my room 126. Fabulous free breakfast in the mornings. Charming porch with rocking chairs and a fire place to sit and relax. I will stay here again. Reasonably priced compared to other hotels. A true destination experience.

I loved the convenience of this hotel. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast breakfast was good! Beds are comfortable and pillows are soft. Showers had great water pressure and best of all, daily Bear sightings on location!! We come to Gatlinburg every year in July and my twin daughters said they want to come back here, they loved the creek walk connected to the hotel where they can walk down and skip rocks! It's located at the end of the ***** and walking distance to restaurants.

This place had SO much potential, but little by little, it proved to be a hotel I cannot recommend in good conscience. I booked a ‘Honeymoon Suite’ for my wife and I, from the date of January 21st to January 25th. The receptionist that checked us in was friendly, but was facing the dilemma of deciding which room to put my wife and me in, because a water line had burst the previous night, causing the cold water to shut off completely for the first couple days of our stay. The receptionist (at the time of my check-in), was likely also a/the manager, and she offered to switch our room out for another. I declined, however, due to the fact that none of the available, vacant rooms had jetted jacuzzi tubs in them, and the jetted tub was one of the biggest features which drew me into booking the room. We ended up staying in the original room (with the temporarily broken water line), and the manager told me it would be no issue to appropriately partially refund our money, or compensate us for the many issues we experienced, monetarily.

The staff has been super friendly and I really enjoyed my stay until I entered the breakfast area. The fellow working there clearly either does not like his job or has a disorder of some kind. The first morning, I went in and I said, good morning, and he just grunted. A couple mornings later, when I walked in, I noticed him looking at me and I glanced at him and he was not just looking, but staring very intensely at me without looking away. It was very awkward. I immediately reported to the staff at the desk and when I got to the desk, they were very cheerful and helpful, until I mentioned the incident and they changed instantly and they defended him immensely. Everything about this day was great, except that creepy incident.

This is one of the best places to stay while in Gatlinburg. It is always clean very close to everything and the swimming pool is always clean as well. Service is always excellent. Well always try this place 1st when going to Gatlinburg

Location is great, friendly staff, comfortable rooms.. My only problem was parking.. I reserved a premier room so I could park in front of my room, however, I couldn't park in front of my premier room when arrived, due to no spaces available. We arrived late so I assumed that all spaces were full with hotel guest in premier rooms. The next day, after arriving back at the hotel, from sight seeing, all spaces were full again. When I asked about the issue, I was told the hotel allows people not staying at the hotel to park and leave the property to go to restaurants nearby, and that I could park by the log cabin at the end of the property.. Not Cool!! I paid for a premier so I could park in front of my room. I shouldn't be charged for a premier room that I can't park in front of. We were there from Friday to Tuesday and was able to park in front of our room for a half of one day.. If they are going to charge a higher price for a room to park in front of, you should be able to park in front of it.... Not allow people not staying at the hotel to park in those spaces and then leave the property.

The hotel is in a great location and that’s the best thing I can say. The breakfast if they have a lot of people coming is good with biscuits and gravy and scrambled eggs but if there’s not many people booked, it’s just scrambled eggs and half cooked sausage. The one thing if you have a pet, they’re gonna stick you in one of the old rooms that the floor hasn’t been mopped in ages. They made dust mop it, but if you drop some water and wipe it up, the rag is black and the bed was very uncomfortable. Young man at the desk was very nice and he actually helped me a lot and he said they did have a lot of new mattresses, but unfortunately our room wasn’t one of them.

Nice hotel, very spacious rooms and I would recommend booking the fireplace. The breakfast was on the second floor, it was okay. Would prefer more vegetarian options or fruit. Short walk into the centre but there is also a shuttle that stops very near the hotel. Stayed for 1 night, would come back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor space swimming pool.

The Hotel is old and very few improvements. Just one hook up for charging phone and it's at desk light. Which is not even close to were your bed is. The so called carpet is older than me I believe. Bathroom sink does not have a working sink stopper cause the sink faucet is not made to have one. Pictures I learned can be adjusted. The elevator used to get to ground floor shook Everytime you use it I would not adverse staying HERE for the the money is not worth it The location is not worth the money They have made money off the property and not put money back in property I bet the room fire smoke detector guess it is a dual type hasn't never been replaced Micro Hotels I thought had better standards I spent right at 30 years as a MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR so I do when things could be better !!!!!!!!!!!!
