GGuest UserThis nice brand new property has been open for 4 months. Ive stayed here several times.Iâve had no complaints until this visit.The room I had was not cleaned properly at all. I did bring it the attention of the staff upon checking out- it will be passed on to the head of housekeeping. I hope this gets corrected because it really is a nice hotel with friendly staff.

AacacacFirst time for us to stay at Hilton Inn at Fishkilll.
It was very quiet environment and there is a supermarket nearby and some restaurants so it was very convenient.
Room: spacious and comfortable and big bed we were able to rest well. Although we could hear boiler or some sort of machines noise all the time where we stayed at 2FâŚexcept that it was lovely stay. Theyâve got a spacious fridge and big desk which was also lovely to have during our stay.
Amenities: we were surprised that there was no kettle provided in a room but probably itâs common in the US, but at least they had a microwave so we were able to boil water. We asked reception if we could borrow a kettle and they said they would come back by a call but they never came back to us.
Reception: was nice and friendly people were there. When we forgot a jumper they kept it so it was helpful, thanks to cleaning ladies and receptionist. Thank you!
Check-out: they kindly allowed us to stay till 12:00 which was helpful as we had to pack everything and didnât want to rush.

NNoviaCLove this booking, I was there for two nights. Hotel room is huge , bathroom is also huge, I like that it has a big sink table, which actually allows people to put their bathroom necessities on.
The self- laundry service is very reasonable in price. First time using.
The staff were all super nice and professional, and some even energetic. Can tell they like their job. Especially the cheerful guy at day time.
The cleaning lady also cleans daily
The swimming pool and gym are small, but enough
The breakfast is simple but decent
Things I think would love to have: 1) room slippers; 2) the big TV isnât smart TV

JJIAYIThere is a small waterfall next to this hotel, not far from the highway! The room is too big, well-equipped, breakfast is not eaten, about 10 minutes drive from Vassar College!

DDe LinBeing an IHG diamond member, I seldomly get disappointed by its chain hotels, except one rare occasion in Austin, TX. I think it was my 2nd time there, very nice and friendly front desk people, breakfast is pretty good, gym is very limited, wifi is pretty stable and nothing to complaint about this place, except IHG website charges $40+ higher than Trip.com... complained to the front desk, but I guess it's what it is...

GGuest UserThe bathroom was quite small with no soaps for showering. Someone was smoking on balcony outside at night and the scent seeped right through the window of bathroom and made the whole room smell so bad.

WWB2021A nice hotel that's not too expensive a bit outside of New York City. Breakfast is included and it's one of the more affordable. Rooms are spacious but the bathroom is a bit small. A great choice.
