GGuest UserThe hotel front desk agent tried to charge me twice for the hotel service fee. I booked through trip.com and had already paid for the hotel service fee which is $98 for 2 nights. After showing them the itemized receipt, they said it is the 3rd party service fee, not the hotel service fee. I told them I’m not paying another service fee. I’m glad I did not have to pay twice, but it was kind of ruin my day. Now there is another extra charge on my credit card placed by the hotel. I am in the process of disputing with my credit card. Overall, I like the place, but not the way they tried to charge for all these hidden or bogus fees. Note: the hotel is already expensive…

GGuest UserThe hotel and staff were top tier. The lobby and courtyard area were beautiful, with a lovely view of the beach. The courtyard has games like jumbo Jenga and checkers, and a bag toss game.The pool bar was a 10/10, food as well. Speaking of food, the complementary breakfast including cook to order omelets was AMAZING! They also give guests 2 complementary drinks during happy hour each day of your stay. The location is right next to Pier Park (5min walk), which you can spend the day at with food, shoppes, kid friendly fun and rides.

TTHfloridaFirst of all, there were extra fees involved beyond the full trip. Com price which was supposed to include all fees. The explanation was that using trip.com causes this which you find out when you arrive. There is a sign at the front desk explaining it and is only around $20 with tax but would have been nice to know about when I was comparing hotel options.
As for the room, it is older, but was clean. The ocean front view was great as is being next to the beach and they have a nice pool and hot tub area. The breakfast option was not awesome. For myself, I would look for other options next time

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very good, downstairs is the white beach, his room is difficult to choose, because there are too many apartments, we chose the scene on the Internet and it felt not ideal, and we chose the room facing the sea at the front desk, of course, we have to add money. The hotel should give tourists some room choices in this regard. The front desk brother was very patient and introduced the hotel's facilities in detail. We stayed for six days in a row and did not clean the room. Of course, we did not ask for it, so we did not pay attention to them for a few days. The bed is OK, soft, the pillows are poor, messy. The bathroom is small, the towels are old, the kitchen has a coffee maker, but a pack of coffee is not worthy, it is also enough.  The hotel is not very big, the whole is very warm, the facilities are relatively complete. The bar is strong, there are beach volleyball, children's playground warm pool spa, etc., suitable for  family vacation. All the staff of the hotel are very nice. There is a big supermarket about 700 meters away from the hotel. It is especially worth mentioning that the supermarket has a variety of alcohols and cheap prices. The pier park is only two or three minutes drive away. There are all kinds of delicious and fun, and there are cinema outlets. , Super fun.  In short, I still recommend this hotel, but because we go in the off-season, I don't know the price of the peak season. If it is still about 150 knives we live at that time, it is still a good choice. Finally, I would like to thank the younger brother and younger sister at the front desk. Their smiles make me unforgettable. If I have time, I will choose his home.

MMaria Lovely JaneIt was good, having no towel is not good they will out of extra towel because of the laundry guy but I guess they should have leave some extra...don't wait until all of them are dirty and that that's when you wash them all together not right...No utensils in the kitchen which we don't mind because we buy instead.
The most important is the room is clean and its near to where we are going.

GGuest UserLaundry machines were all broken except for one of 5 washers. 4 dryers all broken and clearly they are not buying new ones. They don’t clean daily or take out trash so it piles up in your room unless you happen to see them near your room, then they are very helpful. The people working are all very nice. They just need better owners and management. They want to do better. Beds were very comfortable. Big suite rooms.

GGuest UserThe room is clean but the microwave doesn’t work. Not a big deal because I didn’t need it. However, this crazy lady keeps waking me up every night in the middle of the night banging on my door. She’s not crazy or drunk, she just keeps forgetting which door to bang on. Maybe she’s ****, I don’t know. Her room is 2 more doors down. How hard is it to memorize your room number? It’s not the fault of Quality Inn. Just my complaint about the neighbors.
