"The location is very nice, close to everywhere in the center. The staff is very friendly, helpful and helpful. The rooms are very bad, they separated the rooms with plasterboards, the insulation is zero, there was not even a closet in the room, my belongings were left on the floor. There was only 1 socket in the room, it was quite inadequate. The refrigerator was very old, the interior was very dirty, I was not satisfied with the hotel."

GGuest UserWe loved our stay at this hotel decked in french chic style. The decor, everything from the reception, breakfast area to the room and the room service, was carefully curated and beautiful. I loved how clean the room was. Almost spotless of dust. There were so many books littered all over the room ❤️ the room service and kitchen was pleasantly hospitable and helpful, especially Iladya, who saw us off to the train station. Thank you for making our memories in Konya!

GGuest UserExcellent hotel in the city center with a fenced-off area, providing a sense of safety and tranquility. The hotel is a bit dated but very cozy. The manager deserves a special mention; he was extremely attentive and genuinely interested in helping me with future hotel bookings for my trip. His advice was super helpful. The only thing I didn't particularly like was the breakfast; it was quite meager.

DdragonlyVery close to Mevlana, the landlord is very enthusiastic about where to go around. Parking has its own parking lot, which is safe and convenient. As a homestay converted from an old house, it has been done very well, and the hygiene is absolutely clean. Let us feel at home. The only thing is that there are no other houses around, and the old houses are demolished or not allowed to live. I feel that their home is a nail family, haha. But it is still recommended to live in his house.

GGuest UserWe recently stayed at a different 5-star hotel in Konya, but had a very bad experience. The Novotel offered a completely different experience. The staff was friendly. The facilities, cleanliness, and service were exceptional. If we ever pass through here again, we'd definitely stay here again.

BBUBreakfast is ok, Turkish-style, are not used to eating. Without their own parking lot, the hotel staff had to park the car outside the parking lot, but the waiter could pick up the car for parking. The location should be relatively central and there are more businesses around. But the whole city is generally similar to the Chinese four-line.

GGuest UserI stayed at the hostel for one night, the room was good for only three people. I arrived at the hostel in very late night and I was positively surprised by friendly attitude of the receptionist even though it was after midnight it was no problem to check in. Only downside was the toilet and the shower. Toilet very dirty and shower was flooded so I just washed myself in the sink because the shower area was pretty much unacceptable. Everything else was good. If shower and toilet will improve, I would recommend it

They upgraded our room with additional single bed eventhough there were just the two of us.
The room's cleanliness is acceptable but the toilet bowl need some additional cleaning.
Breakfast was okay. Simple turkish breakfast.
The location is very strategic, 5 to 10 mins to Mevlana Museum.
