Amazing
AARIELThis hotel opened in June 2025, and our stay was in August 2025. It's brand new and beautiful. Tasteful, contemporary minimalist decor. The bedding, bathroom fixtures, and electrical appliances are state-of-the-art, all of excellent quality. The pool is magnificent, directly facing the Mekong River.
But:
The ”luxury” room, despite all the qualities mentioned above, is a bit cramped.
No one took our luggage upon arrival, when the taxi dropped us off, or after check-in to take us to our room.
Check-in was a bit long and complicated because our Trip.com reservation was nowhere to be found (even though I had presented the reservation voucher). The receptionist was confused but absolutely polite and charming.
The hotel restaurant charges high prices for Thai dishes, one of which wasn't very tasty (Kao soy). The restaurant service could be improved to match the elegant and comfortable setting. Excusable, as it's still in the startup phase.
Overall, despite a few minor imperfections, this is a highly recommended luxury hotel.

SSteve F FoxThe hotel is quite old, but well maintained and extremely clean, the water was hot and strong, the swimming pools was in a ok condition, missing some of the tile though, the breakfast was good, also have a hotel cat to accompany you too!

โรงแรมเป็นหนึ่งในสถานที่ที่เงียบสงบและน่าพักผ่อนที่สุดที่เคยไปมา บรรยากาศดีมาก วิวแม่น้ำโขงสวยมาก โดยเฉพาะช่วงพระอาทิตย์ขึ้นและตกดิน มองแล้วรู้สึกผ่อนคลายและมีความสุขจริง ๆ
ห้องพักสะอาด กว้างขวาง และจัดตกแต่งได้ลงตัว พนักงานทุกคนบริการดี เป็นกันเอง ให้ความช่วยเหลืออย่างเต็มที่ ตั้งแต่เช็คอินจนถึงวันเช็คเอาท์ ทำให้รู้สึกเหมือนอยู่บ้าน
ทำเลก็ดีมาก ใกล้แหล่งท่องเที่ยวและร้านอาหารท้องถิ่น เดินเล่นริมโขงตอนเย็น ๆ ก็เพลินมาก
โดยรวมแล้วประทับใจมาก และอยากแนะนำให้ใครที่มองหาที่พักดี ๆ ริมแม่น้ำโขง ลองมาพักที่นี่ดูสักครั้ง แล้วคุณจะหลงรักเหมือนที่ฉันรู้สึกตอนนี้แน่นอน

WWilliamI paid a little more to get a nice window view of the Mekong River, but the pool side garden view of the river was open to any guest. The room was large and comfortable. The shower was nice and hot. Food and coffee are a little far away, but the owners called a tuk tuk for me which was there in 5 minutes.
