"The hotel is a three-story building, and quite a few Chinese guests stayed there. There's also an adorable cat. The cheapest room is on the top floor, a sloping roof type, but it doesn't affect rest. Since the hotel doesn't have air conditioning, I recommend that tourists visiting Murmansk in the summer choose rooms on the first or second floor if the temperature is above 25 degrees Celsius (during my trip, it was 28 degrees Celsius in the Arctic Circle, and I didn't sleep well all night). The breakfast was quite good."

"Located near the city center of Moore train station, close to the Meridian Hotel. Excellent location, within walking distance of the Lenin nuclear-powered icebreaker and other parts of the city. The front desk proactively prepared a proof of stay, which was readily provided upon departure. The elderly lady at the front desk was very kind. The hotel has good heating. There are residential areas nearby, and you can see many people walking their children and dogs. The bathroom is okay, but there's a slight odor if you don't remember to turn off the exhaust fan, but it's a minor issue. There are also several dessert shops nearby. Good location, clean and nice rooms, and delicious breakfast."

"The hotel is OK, there is a kitchen for cooking, that is, the bathroom and shower are a bit less. Need lightning protection to live in the Youth Hostel as aurora hunters and Jeli day trips to China self-driving driver C, where he lives is waiting for the Chinese business, do not use his car, do not use his car, do not use his car, we are pitted by him very miserable, Don't believe the Chinese involved in money when you go out, beware of being deceived."

Amazing
Lluhwa99The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, right under a huge, tall chimney that's constantly belching white smoke—it must be a power plant. Opening the window immediately revealed a strong smell of gasoline exhaust or burning soot.
When I booked, they probably only had the twin room left. The bed felt too narrow for a European build; I almost fell off several times in the middle of the night.
It was freezing outside, but the room was warm thanks to wall-mounted heaters. The room was also very clean. The overall interior had a distinctly Scandinavian feel—simple and bright.
The front desk staff changed daily, all handsome men and beautiful women 😁😁😁 and very friendly. Some didn't speak English well, but they helped me find addresses of popular restaurants and gave me directions, using translation apps to communicate. They were available 24 hours a day. The breakfast was different every day, but the all-Western style might not be very appealing to Chinese people. One look is enough to make you feel full 😁😁 But their main customers are probably over 99% locals, so it's hard to say anything.
The hotel is quite nice; it would be a good choice for those who like or enjoy the Nordic style. However, personally, I think next time we might choose a chain or standardized hotel, which would better suit our preferences.

PpuffyCloudThe hotel's location is good, very close to the central area. There's a supermarket just a 4-minute walk away, and it's convenient to get to other tourist spots. There's also an elevator, which makes going up and down easy. The hotel facilities are decent. The kitchen only has basic equipment, just a microwave, but there are plenty of dishes and cutlery, and hot and filtered water are provided. The soundproofing could use some improvement. The upper bunk bed lacks a curtain for privacy, so it gets very bright when the top light is on. The room has a fridge. For a 4-person room, you have to use the shared public bathroom and toilet outside. For two days, one of the bathrooms was out of order, leaving only one, but it didn't cause too much inconvenience. Overall, it was a good stay.
GGuest UserThe hotel is hygienic overall and staff are quite friendly and helpful to tourists. Room is huge with well-maintained facilities, including heater and mutil-functional shower. Need to give appreciation to the hotel manager and staff as she’s articulative in English and Russian, who offered help to us to communicate for a lost item of us in a Yandex taxi. Highly recommended if going to skii / enjoy view of snowfall with families.
GGuest UserThe hotel has no signboard, but the address of the taxi is very accurate. Then we forgot to stay in a large room. The first day we went in was more anxious. The driver was waiting for the aurora and then put something on the table. There was a bottle of water on the table. I took the cup and drank two cups (sorry 🧎♂️) Later, I reacted and there were two toilets. I didn’t have to queue up to go to the toilet. The room was soundproof. It was not that bad, but it was not very good.
The hotel can walk about 1km to the train station. There are also big supermarkets and convenience stores nearby, but you have to check it, otherwise you can't find it.
AAnonymous UserIt is quite satisfactory. It will be inconvenient to take a bath because it is separated outside, but the overall is OK, the price is not very high.
