I live in Iborg University. Due to the hot weather, the dormitory has no air conditioning. I chose to go to this guest house for a while. This is a single-family villa, the room is spacious and quiet, there is a small garden downstairs, the air conditioning is very comfortable, and the bathroom has hot water supply. Breakfast is a typical bar meal, it is very convenient to take a taxi to the f10 market for ten minutes. Excellent hospitality, location (centre of islamabad with great views), clean and all the amenities you expect and more. The staff were in easy contact with us before check in to ensure all our queries and needs were answered. Very polite, very helpful. The 2 bed apartment we had was really spacious modern and clean. Met all our needs. Really impressed and thinking of booking our next trip to explore beautiful islamabad and surrounds hills more.

I booked this accommodation many months in advance for my trip. Sunny (the hotel owner) is friendly and responsive. He offered to arrange the travel paperwork, airport transfer, and provided general advice relating to Pakistan and Islamabad. I asked him about postage stamps and postcards, and surprisingly, he was so kind to walk to the shop to take photos for some postcard booklet and arrange it for me as a welcome gift. I highly appreciated his warm hospitality very much. The breakfast at the hotel is also delicious. We had further conversation, then a catch-up dinner after my trip outside Islamabad. He is a young and ambitious guy with a bright future with a big dream to run and grow in the hospitality industry. I wish to revisit his hotel and meet him next time. Nice house, Clean Room With Air Conditioning (perfect in summer), Location is great, Masjid, shops , restaurants, Parks at only 3mins walk , its at around 20 mins drive from the airport, Very quiet area, Very Helpful staff, i will definitely recommend to everyone and i will book again
