The hotel's Dead Festival layout is very attractive, very beautiful, and then located in the alley, the hotel is very large, the room is very large, it is very clean and tidy, the waiter is not very good, love to answer.

Excellent hotel, clean friendly but rooms do not have air conditioning, it was very hot and stuffy. Would recommend management to consider this improvement. Great hotel but falls short of a 5 star hotel because of no air conditioner.

Lupe KayhanThe locations is stoning and the view is a breath taking. The location next to the mall and next to the American Rrstaurants is super convenient.
The food at the facility is OK, less than I expected for the looks and the location, the menu could be INPROVED big time.
The only problem I encounter is the water pressure is very poor and the sinks located withing the room and next to the beds is NOT A VERY GOOD SEEN.
Again the facility is well worth the stay and the convenience of the H&M, Starbucks, Dominos etc is excellent.
I oh and it has central heating system with A/C and heater, thermostat very new and easy to use.
The policy of the stuff in regards the hygiene in regards COVID-19 is exactly as it should be, and the stuff are thought and they stick to the rules.
I would recommend it and I would stay at Fiesta Inn again is for sure.

It is indeed a hotel that exceeds expectations. It may be because there are few rooms, so I can't see the comments of the Chinese on booking and Trip.com , but the environment is really good. I don't want to check out. I recommend every one to Morelia for the Dead Festival and to experience the night tour. I lived here the day before, and I went to the afternoon and night activities after checking out at 12 o'clock to store my luggage. Don't be too comfortable!

Guest UserThe room was very spacious and clean, only the broken ladder butter and a little dirty the bathroom, as well as the bed literally looked like stone. Service is bad from the person at the parking, to the reception and cafeteria are no-school educated and definitely without a single sense of knowledge of service to the client
