BrightSunI really enjoyed my stay at La Villa del Ensueño. It is a charming boutique hotel full of Mexican character, with colorful walls, beautiful courtyards, greenery and lovely traditional details throughout the property.
What impressed me most was the service. The staff were extremely friendly, warm and helpful, and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay.
I also loved the complimentary evening drinks — I enjoyed both a tequila and a margarita! 🍹
Breakfast was another highlight. Instead of a simple buffet, it was a proper sit-down, made-to-order breakfast with a good selection. I had the chicken chilaquiles with both salsa verde and salsa roja, and really enjoyed it.
A beautiful little hotel with lots of character and excellent hospitality. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Guadalajara. ❤️

Some of the rooms in this hotel do not have windows. My boyfrined said the pool was dirty so I did not use it. The room was. Breakfast was okay and cheap. The highlight of this hotel is the location and its historic charm!! The security at the hotel was very good and the staff was very professional! Hotel does have a certain charm!

Anonymous UserI'm genuinely glad that I came across the Nube Mía Hostel. My whole experience for 4 days was perfect. Amenities are descent and well-maintained. Aside from facilities, staff members including Ana, they are the BEST. They made my first solo trip to Mexico much easier. They are all welcoming, and made me feel comfortable, just like home. I would like to express my genuine sincerity toward them and would definitely be coming back. If you're a solo traveler like myself, I would highly recommend you this hostel!

Hospedarte Youth Hostel (Hostel Hospedarte Centro) in the heart of the city center is strategically located, within walking distance to the cathedral and various attractions, and the transportation is extremely convenient. The hostel is hospitable and is perfect for young backpackers to meet new friends. Although the surroundings may be slightly noisy due to the central location, its cost-effective, clean beds, warm service and vibrant social atmosphere make it an ideal accommodation to explore Guadalajara. The facilities are basic but practical and Wi-Fi is stable.

Guest UserThe location of the hotel is very good right in the middle of the city center.
The entrance is very small and somewhat dark, but the corridor of each floor is very bright.
The room is a medium size, but not that clean.
I faced a serious problem.
I could not open the safe in my room. I asked for help at the reception, but the person in charge of the safe had a day-off, and would not come to the hotel on the day and the next because they fell on weekend.
I was fortunate enough to stay there for two nights. The person in charge came to my room on the morning of my departure.
This is a typical budget-price hotel.
I could not have moved at all if I had stayed there only for one night because I put my passport and much cash in the safe.

Guest UserThe room was beautiful and clean, bed is comfy. I loved the view and the panorama windows. :) Coffee machine in the room and delicious complimentary coffee made my morning start in a good mood. It's on a busy street so cars are passing during the day with a bit of sound, but it didnt bother me much. Staff was very helpful and responsive. 10/10

I booked a twin room, the bed was very big, it looked like a double bed.
The hotel is also very close to the exhibition hall, about 10 minutes walk. There is a shuttle bus to the exhibition.
The hotel front desk also speaks very good English, and there are different Mexican food for breakfast every day.
There is a Decathlon behind the hotel, an OXXO supermarket on the side, and a larger supermarket across the road.

The location is perfect, right next to all the action in the Historic center of Guadalajara! Fortunately, there isn't very much noise from the city so you can sleep very well.
This is a total Greezer Style Hostel, one needs to know this, the building is old, everything is unkept but still clean enough and comfortable enough for someone on a low budget and/or Vagabond lifestyle.
The staff of young men were very kind and warm, the internet was strong and the shower has hot water which is necessary in winter.
It wasn't so clean but it is a hostel and quite possibly it was cleaned in the morning and by nightfall, it has become a bit dirty from all the travelers so a bit of advise to the hostel: if you are busy, please clean once in the morning and once in the evening, this would greatly improve our bathroom experience!
I would definitely stay here again, once a Greezer, always a Greezer and we Greeze on!
