We had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, patiently waiting for us despite our late arrival and proactively reaching out via email to ensure everything was set. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the surroundings are breathtakingly beautiful with a natural charm, and the onsen was a delightful experience. The beds were also wonderfully comfortable, making our stay truly relaxing. Highly recommend this gem!

Guest UserThe people make the experience - when we needed assistance to charge our car they went above and beyond. Anything we needed, they went above and beyond to help with. The location was beautiful and peaceful and the accommodations comfortable.

Booked the Japanese style room with toilet. Shower room has to be shared on the 2nd floor. Room has no amenities at all. Basic hair dryer and hot flask are in the communal area. We had to set up the bed ourselves. Room was dusty and was freezing cold even tho there was heater from the air con on winter’s night. There’s instructions to learn how to kill the stink bugs. The hotel facilities are good but the overall experience wasn’t good.
