One of the best service i ever experienced in my life. We were having difficulty trying out the famous yakitori in this town (FYI, you would need to make reservation in advance which we were not aware of), as such we went to check with the receptionist at the front desk at around 11pm on the last night of our stay. The receptionist was very helpful. She tried her best to assist us to call multiple yakitori shops nearby and recommended us the one just opposite our hotel. We placed our order (for take out orders to our hotel) with the yakitori shop that was recommended by the receptionist but unfortunately, we did not collect our order in full as we did not check our orders collected and realized that we missed out on a few items after collecting the orders to our hotel rooms. To our surprise, our order that was not collected was delivered to our doorstep by the receptionist lady. The service experienced was beyond our expectation. We would like to express our greatest appreciation to the staff that assisted us. Thank you very much! どうもありがとうございます。

30 minutes by rapid train from Hakata. The hotel is located in the corner of the station rotary. Due to this double trouble, I was told that I couldn't change it at check-in, but I was told that another room was vacant, and I was very tired when I moved by elevator with the unpacked luggage. I spent a long time in this trouble. Therefore, I couldn't go sightseeing I was looking forward to, and it was a break to take a taxi to the restaurant I had reserved. This sightseeing and its end were ruined by the largest event in life called restaurant. The next day, when I returned to the hotel room with a lot of luggage such as souvenirs, the hotel made a mistake on the check-out date, couldn't use the card key, and couldn't enter the room. The hot springs are comfortable to soak in, the food is of good quality, and the rooms are OK, but the location is not very convenient, so you need to drive or take a taxi.
