It was late at night, and the parking lot was full. Fortunately, the hotel had a second parking lot in another place. It took about 3 minutes to walk. The hotel front desk would give a picture with a clear direction. The hotel bath is very small and exquisite, in addition to the hot soup, there are cold springs and sauna rooms. The room is small, but very clean, the hotel will have free tea and rice at night.

This time I came to Japan to find a quieter hot spring hotel, relax, sit and forget to completely exceed expectations. The room was more spacious than expected, the environment was very quiet, and the whole person slowed down after the stay. The kaiseki cuisine at night is very exquisite, not only beautifully presented, but every dish can eat the characteristics of the season ingredients, and the taste is also very good. After soaking in the hot springs, I slept very comfortably. I also experienced yoga classes the next morning. The first time I participated, there was no pressure at all. After the end, the whole person was refreshed. The staff service is very meticulous, from the check-in introduction to the dining arrangement, they are very thoughtful, and they will help in time if there is a problem. It is more suitable for slowing down and enjoying the time in the hotel, rather than rushing to check in the attractions. If you come to Japan in the future, you will definitely choose here.

It was amazing and full of luxury! The hot spring was also great. The walkway leading to the hot spring was also very exciting. I'd definitely like to go again.

I didn't think amenities like toothbrushes and combs needed to be in the room; they could have been placed next to the front desk. The service was simple, yet very good with warm responses when needed. Dining out was a bit disappointing for us non-drinkers, as there were mostly izakayas. It would have been better if the offerings at Tokiwa Hotel were more substantial. The price was high, but the content (buffet) was underwhelming.

Single room double bed / 350 meters from the station / coin-operated washing machine, nearby 30 public family convenience stores and stores selling cockroaches, breakfast is good, air-conditioning is cool enough.

It was an old hotel, but the service was polite and nice. There were few shops nearby and it was hot, so I hardly left my room after checking in, but it was a shame that I overslept and couldn't eat breakfast. Thank you for your hospitality.

The front desk staff can communicate in very good English, so it is a very pleasant stay. The room size is also comfortable.

Perhaps because it's near a sports park, it felt just like a dormitory for college students on a training camp. The room itself was spacious and clean, but the common areas were dirty. Luckily, I was able to sleep peacefully last night, but as an old man, I don't think I'll ever use it again.
