I contacted Ctrip immediately, and they responded very quickly and helped resolve the issue perfectly. Thank you so much! The hotel's breakfast restaurant is shared with the Geysir Hotel, but it's in a separate area, which was a bit disappointing. Dinner was delicious; I ordered lamb chops, and the service was excellent!"
