GGuest UserWe just relaxed in the hotel and it was a great relaxing time being in nature. The room was nice with tea making
Facilities but there was a tea stall every day at tea time in the garden and evening Kathakali dance so we were comfortable to chill a lot at the hotel. Staff were attentive in the restaurant and always wanting to help us.

GGuest UserThe process from check in to check out was very smooth. All staff were friendly and cooperative, rooms and washroom were impeccably clean and all the linen were clean and well kept up. Overall an amazing stay with lovely swimming pool

GGuest UserWe booked a room for two nights. Unfortunately it's nothing like what they have advertised. Don't be fooled by the name. It is literally in the middle of the town. Rooms: spacious & comfortable with a good view. But it looks old. Bathrooms: flush wasn't working multiple times. They fixed it though. Wifi: didn't get wifi 90% of the time. Food: decent breakfast and dinner. The dinner we had on the first night was horrible. In my opinion stick to the basics. Don't order anything fancy. Parking: decent parking space. Animal spotting: none. Overall experience: quite average.
