"During my stay in June 2026, the hotel is about 80% completed. Please understand that the hotel is doing their best to provide a comfortable experience. Most of the facilities are up and running and I am pleasant with the maintenance of the place. Kak Widya helped me a lot during my stay. I always look for her and she understands my needs as a tourist and always follows up with me. She is polite, helpful and professional. Where ad-hoc transport is required, you may wish to speak to the hotel staff to arrange for the alternative Ojek ride services. It costs IDR 50,000/way (cash and exact change only) and it is your only mode of transport around the mountains. Avoid bringing in multiples of IDR 100,000 as there are no money changing services available."
