"The hotel is divided into two areas: the main building and the cabins. I stayed in room 107, which is a corner room on the first floor with two floor-to-ceiling windows offering extensive views. The room facilities were better than expected! Breakfast was good, and it ended late, around 11 AM, so you could treat it as lunch after returning from Bromo. You can rent warm clothes at the front desk; the price is a bit higher than outside, but you can pick up and return them at the hotel. The only downsides were the poor soundproofing and the thin duvet, which made it a bit cold. Since all the extra duvets were already borrowed that day, they sent a heater to my room instead."

The rooms were very clean and tidy, and each room was in its own small building, which I thought was excellent. Check-out was at 12 noon, so after watching the sunrise over the volcano and returning home, I could have enjoyed a free breakfast and even take a nap. Overall, it was a good experience.

The scenery was absolutely stunning, even with the wildfire burning on the opposite mountain. How often do you get to sleep while watching a wildfire? It was terrifying, but the sunrise from the room the next morning was incredibly beautiful, making up for the fact that the park was closed and we couldn't go anywhere. It's nice to just relax and not chase after Instagrammable spots.
However, the room facilities were severely damaged. Several aluminum windows and wooden sliding doors were on the verge of breaking and were very difficult to open and close. The bathroom drainage system was also poor; it flooded quickly after showering. The wooden cabin was freezing at night with no heating, and the duvet was incredibly thin. The facilities were definitely not okay.

It was located right beside the road. It was too noisy with the constant bike speeding up and down. And there's some animal running around in the false ceiling. We could not have a good rest before waking up early for mt bromo. However, the cafe here sit inside a forest was very peaceful and nice. The coffee is one of the best in this trip.

PalmeAn ideal place to stay if you want to see Mount Bromo right on your doorstep. Highly recommended for a short night's stay before the Bromo tour; the service is good and the jeep tour can be easily arranged at the front desk. Luckily, we took the jeep tour instead of going by motorcycle independently. In the end, you see the same viewpoints. Make sure to bring enough cash, as there are no ATMs on-site, but there are restaurants available.

Kobez776I booked a hotel at the foot of Mount Bromo in Surabaya. The drive from the airport to the hotel took about three hours by private car, all so I could see the volcano early the next morning. The landlady helped arrange the car; she was very kind and provided excellent service.
The hotel was located in a small town, about the distance from the volcano's foot. I arrived around 6 PM, and it was already late. Being in the mountains, it felt like a sudden transition from the heat of summer to autumn/winter; I was still wearing shorts and a t-shirt.
After arriving at the hotel, I rented some temporary winter clothes to keep warm.
The location was indeed very close and convenient to the volcano. I saw online that some people got up at 2 AM or even earlier to see the volcano. I left at 4 AM, and the jeep quickly took me to the first viewing point. Around 5 AM, I was on the mountain and witnessed the breathtaking volcanic scenery – a truly awe-inspiring and unique experience.

The park is lush with greenery, filled with tropical plants. Wildflowers bloom along the paths, and strolling along the stone paths is a feast for the eyes. Every snapshot is a natural landscape. We even saw creeping fig trees laden with fruit, their branches heavy with vibrant green berries – a truly rustic sight.
The park is spacious, tranquil, and the air is fresh. A leisurely stroll is incredibly pleasant, perfect for relaxing, taking photos, and enjoying the scenery. The park is impeccably maintained, with picturesque views at every turn, reflecting the owner's dedication to its preservation.

This hotel has a large room and a relatively remote location. It is only a 10-minute walk from the small village under the Broom volcano, and the mountain road is difficult to walk. The Bom volcano is really cold in the morning and evening. The hotel has no air conditioning and does not need hot water. There is not much hot water. There should be solar-type hot water at night. In fact, you can find hotels not that far away in the village, but the store owners are very friendly. If the price of a B&B near Broma volcano is not high, be mentally prepared for very average conditions, especially in the early morning. You need to walk to the village to get a motorcycle, which is really difficult to walk.

In the village at the foot of the volcano, it is relatively close to the volcano. The waitress is very friendly. After we watched the sunrise and went down the mountain, it was 11 o'clock, and she still prepared breakfast for us. It is no problem to stay for one or two days for sightseeing, and you can't ask for too much else.
