GGuest UserThe hotel breakfast was quite generous, featuring local specialty pastries. The only minor drawback was that the bathroom felt a bit cramped. The hotel is centrally located, with plenty of banks and restaurants nearby, making dining incredibly convenient.

GGuest UserHotel location in the UNP itself and good location. Hotel lobby is nice and very welcoming by the staff. Unfortunately, the room is very dirty and dusty. You can see hair and dirt marks on the mattress and duvet cover. The toilet wall with greenish mold. It is a waste for such a good location hotel but with very poor cleanliness. Hopefully the management can take a look into this matter.

JJay AhmadRecommend to stay at Truntum Hotel while you are in Padang, West Sumatera Indonesia. Although we had only a few hours at the hotel due to major traffic accident on Solok - Padang road, we were happy on the room cleanliness, good buffet breakfast, wide amenities and excellent front desk customer service eventhough we checked in after midnight. Will stay here again on the next trip to Padang. Thank you the Truntum Hotel professionalism.

AAin JaafarI booked a room with two king-size beds, but instead I got one king bed and one single extra bed. The shower pipe in the bathroom was broken, and the air conditioner was not cold. However, the room itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff provided good service.

GGuest UserThe hotel room was spacious and the service was excellent. My child left a piece of clothing in the room and they helped us pack it in a bag and brought it to the lobby. It would be even better if there were two sockets installed at the head of the bed for charging mobile phones!
