FfaisalmuhammadMaybe it would be better to provide an elevator for guests, especially for the elderly, especially if the rooms available are on the 2nd floor, it's a pity for the parents if they have to take the stairs, even though the stairs are sloping, it's still tiring for the elderly, especially

GGuest UserSo far ok. Stay there for 3 days was not happy with the aminities in room. I was complain about hair dryer. Once we used is broken then technician came then fixed. After that used still on off. Second day call receptionis sending same complain about hair dryer was broken but only fixed, he said fan in problem after used in 30 sec then nit working again. They we find that kettle opener is broken n still keep using, nit changing with new one after that dripping water from inside kettle.

GGuest UserCouldn't be happier! This is our sixth time staying here, and it's simply fantastic. The kids absolutely loved the sparkling clean pool, the beautiful views, and the expansive grounds perfect for morning jogs. A big thank you to the agro crew for their wonderful service!

For food, there is not a buffet every day, so it depends on the people staying, if there are not many people, the food will be delivered to the room, it doesn't match the price of the room which is around 500 thousand more/night, and if it is a buffet or delivered, it is informed in the morning or evening to call the room, so it is very disturbing to rest, especially since the telephone is on the TV table, not close to the bed, as a result, if there is a call, you have to stand in front of the TV, so you go back and forth and it is very ineffective.

Near hotel, you can easy find the pedagang kaki lima, restaurant and kiosk for finding meals like pecel, soto and gorengan for breakfast and nasj goreng, ayam telur, mie ayam etc for dinner
For present snack gift, you will get to toko oleh-oleh paradise and ken dedes, and also near kripik apple and nangka home factory with brand LEO at place gang kripik

FFanosCould be better if the bed is a bit firmer. too soft for my back and I woke up unfresh. Thankfully it was just for a night and I moved to another hotel. Other than that it was great. I did not taste the breakfast though.

MMarco2764The Japanese-style hot spring hotel in the Mile District is quite special. It is very cost-effective and a good experience for foreign tourists. However, there is only one Japanese restaurant in the hotel that tastes average. The hot spring in the room will only be opened every night from 20:00 to 22:00. It is not open at other times. The hot springs outside will only be opened during holidays. If this can be improved, it should be more attractive to tourists.

We got room too near or beside the public road so it is too noisy, no place to go enjoy the views around the hotel
