Hotels with Breakfast in Limenas Chersonisou

We had a great time, the facilities and service are excellent. We were disappointed with the food, both the breakfast, lunch and dinner. The only food that was tasty and appropriate for the hotel level was the food that was paid extra in the restaurant on the beach/pool. There is no free drink, the water is sold at a price 13 times higher than in nearby supermarkets. Even if you arrive very early all the beds in the pools are taken/kept, people keep them even while they go for a few hours to eat/sleep, but the hotel employees, unfortunately, do nothing about it.

Super invincible. The service is also very good. Our boat at 8pm. Give us late check out. In other words, it is almost free for half a day.

The central location means sounding around the hour by club from next door. Noise from day over 10:00 to night continuously and then mostly the full night in full volume. Sleep only with earstops possible. Then evening the restaurants are directly on the water edge. You get a delicious food and expensive drink there and we are praying more or less courteously to come in at almost every bed. No parking places nearby and constant cars driving through the pedestrian zone. Of course great sunset and the popular noise of the sea. What more you want. There is no point that there is neither a stick nor towels in the bathroom, hot water often does not come and the run is full of sand. Breakfast was good. We spent 2 nights at the Acropolis Apartment (25-27 August), but with the sign of then we would have been longer! The apartment is fantastic in everything, from location, to services, to staff! The location is excellent: right in front of the apartment there is a road with dress shops, a bar-restaurant, and a supermarket right next to (it is almost right under the apartment, but care about the prices, because they are a little short.. It is not good to buy food there, but to eat in the restaurants outside!). A shorter walk from the main road is reached immediately near a supermarket, a pharmacy and two stops for the KTEL bus: one to Heraklion, (which stops at both the airport and the center of Heraklion); and one that goes east of Crete (then Stalida, Malia, Agios Nikolaos, etc.) In 5 minutes walk you can also reach the sea-front road, and walking 2 minutes you can access directly to the beach! The room and services offered are really exceptional for the price paid! Our room was equipped with 2 comfortable and modern beds, spacious desk, a popup, a large mirror, a window door that allowed access to a large balcony with a table and 2 seats. The bathroom was equipped with a bathroom with a tent (I found the bathroom more comfortable than the douches with tent located in other facilities in Crete, because with their showers you risk flooding the floor). The staff does not put the soap at the disposal, so you need to arrange to take it. The kitchen room is large, with a single bed, a sofa, a table with 4 seats, a small refrigerator, a TV, and also here a window door opening on the balcony. There are pads, glasses, dishes, toasts, but there is a swamp and detergent for cleaning the stoves. The rooms are free of charge and I think you have to pay about €3-4 per device every night to have private wifi. Also the air conditioning is NOT free, but you have to pay a price of €7 per night. The apartment is equipped with large pool (with beds around), accessible from 9:00 to 18:00 The apartment has common rooms near the reception, on the ground floor and offers a bar-restaurant service at very good prices! In general, the stay exceeded our expectations much:) We were really very happy!

Schönes Hotel, Badezimmer neu und modern, Zimmer eher schlicht. Unseres hatte keunen Balkon und durch die Bauweise (extrem tiefe Fensterbank) kamen wir nicht ans Fenster und an die Vorhänge. Auf den Zierkissen waren lange Haare von vorherigen Gästen. Das Personal im Restaurant und an der Bar ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Herr am Empfang war etwas mürrisch. Poolbereich sehr modern und schön gestaltet. Liegen wurden aber immer schon früh morgens von anderen Gästen reserviert, es war also kaum möglich noch welche zu bekommen, wenn man sich nicht selber welche früh freihält. Die Handtücher wurden vom Personal nicht abgeräumt. Gäste waren überwiegend junge Engländer, die das Hotel als Partyhotel nutzen und den ganzen Tag am Pool liegen. Die Essensauswahl war gut, Buffet wurde auch sehr sauber gehalten und das Personal ist schnell mit dem Aufräumen und Reinigen der Tische. Insgesamt hat es uns gut gefallen, Preis-Leistung in Ordnung. Wer es aber ruhiger und entspannter mag, ist woanders besser aufgehoben.
