"The hotel is well situated but unfortunately the room was absolutely stifling hot to the point it was almost unbearable. We were lucky to secure a fan from reception but when we turned it on the guard fell off, it could have been a disaster 😬. We were told it was the last fan available so felt sorry for anyone who may have been left without one. The radiator in the bathroom was boiling hot and could not be switched off which made the heat situation worse. The cleanliness was not the best. There was dried blood on the bathroom bin 🤢 and a strange blue mark in the bathtub. Reception seemed friendly enough but the £100 deposit on arrival seems a little excessive considering the room was very dated and a little grubby. I have stayed in many places and never had to put a deposit down before. Would I stay here again? Unless it was the middle of winter and I got a very good price probably not."

"We booked this accommodation because it's dog-friendly and there are few hotels/apartments that are so we decided to give it a try. We chatted with the owner who was very hands-on and complimented her on their setup. As you head up to the rooms, you'll find towels to dry up your dog; a mini sewing kit station, wine glasses, teabags (if you used up the stash in your room), a jar full of dog treats and yes, a shoe polish kit too! Our room is loaded with stuff you need for breakfast— cereals, milk, orange juice, biscuits, Welsh cakes, coffee and tea. We find it very thoughtful.
Thank you for the upgrade too. It was a lovely room with views of the Mumbles Beach. Such a view to wake up to every morning.
I wish they had a microwave; even on a communal spot where guests can share its use. But other than that, such a lovely place ran by an equally lovely woman. Cheers! 🥂"

"We booked this small blue building, close to the bar street, rich restaurants, a direct road from the train station can be walked for ten minutes. Press the walkie-talkie on the small door to the hotel on the side to register. The front desk enthusiastically asked if you want to live here, because breakfast is also here. After decisive replacement, the more amazing room, the retro decoration, should be the old castle renovation, very large and comfortable, the breakfast room is also super beautiful, the taste is great. What I especially like is that a boy named mike just joined the job to help me with my enthusiastic luggage, really too enthusiastic. The only bad thing is that we returned to the hotel late, because the place we went was so difficult to call the car, and we had called to explain. As a result, everything was pulled out of the room as soon as I came back."

Picked this hotel at random for a recent visit.
Whilst street parking was needed the room itself was excellent and well located for the local bars and restaurants.
Breakfast was pre supplied in a well stocked fridge as no catering on site.
Communication was great and no issues to report.
Would I use it again - big yes

The staffs are very sincere and helpful. The decent interior for bathroom with warmer in the floor.
Very convenient to enjoy stunning Seaview with walking distance (a few steps) to decent frech and Italian restaurants.
Have got refreshed after my stay here!

There is no one of the most satisfying hotels in the UK! Highly recommended to everyone who goes to Swansea ～
The hotel is close to three cliffs bay in Swansea, a very beautiful forest trail opens in the big manor. Very old but the hardware is not old.
The butler's service is super good. Our whole family has already sunset time. We gave one person a cup of English milk tea + small snacks for free. It really feels great after the long-distance drive (also the only one on the way). The breakfast the next day was also very good, from the environment to the dishes, no longer English full breakfast can also order some different, including the best Benedict eggs on this trip.
Swansea itself is also worth visiting, three cliffs bay 5 minutes drive from the hotel, rhossili bay 30 minutes drive, very recommended ～

Guest UserJust the most beautiful hotel with luxurious rooms that made me feel like royalty.
Stunningly comfortable bed and bedding.
Super clean rooms with large TV, sofa, complimentary bottles of water and a breakfast that puts large chains and others to shame.
The staff were incredibly polite, welcoming and professional.
Cannot wait to go back to this oasis of peace, tranquility and luxury.

Very decent value for a short stay. Meg , the receptionist , was outstanding and lovely. The only negative was a bit loose flush handle which we have reported to the reception.

We found long black hair on fresh towels and dust on the skirting board but everything else was lovely. The staff at hotel was blinking lovely. We could talk to reception all day and night if we could. Reception and restaurant staffs were brilliant and lovely can’t faulty them.

Very handy for Swansea city centre - a short walk to our concert in the arena and pubs, restaurants and clubs.
The room could have done with a bit of tlc.
But bed was really comfortable and the shower was good.
Very friendly and helpful staff who responded immediately when we had trouble with our key card on arrival.
