The bed has like a dent in the middle. It's not nice for our back. Edwin was patient and helpful.

The room was clean and hygienic, the front desk service was very nice, and the travel route was explained enthusiastically according to the map when checking in. Good location, walking distance from the old town, is a good small hotel.

Hotel muy acogedor, habitación muy amplia y muy ordenado todo. Con tv y Wifi que ayuda. Plato fe ducha amplio y baño muy cómodo, con secador y todos los extras. Personal del hotel muy amable y educado, muy serviciales.

We arrived late at night and the front desk staff was very nice and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, the room itself was really disappointing — the carpet had a strong, unpleasant smell, honestly quite overwhelming. Both the sink and the shower drains were clogged, which made things worse. We only stayed for one night, so we didn’t bother complaining, but it definitely wasn’t a comfortable stay. Breakfast was okay — the fresh orange juice was great — but if you have tables marked as “reserved,” then guests shouldn’t be told they can’t sit there without clear signs. Overall, nice staff and good orange juice, but the room condition was bad. We wouldn’t stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location, next to Theatre Archipelago, a 5-minute walk from the old town. The hotel is very clean and bigger than the ordinary room. If the family travel room sofa can be pulled open, it is a double bed.

Very bad experience from our arrival. We were asked for a security while our Amex card is supposed to be accepted. The honourable Member was sympathetic and tried to find a solution, but his colleague was very unpleasant and felt wrong with us. By mistake, they even called us in the room and we heard their conversation, during which this lady continued to talk badly about the situation. The extra bed was dirty (unchanged draps, hair and dirty), there was no hot water the morning, and we tried to charge for minibar consumption that we had not taken fortunately that we had photos for the Try. Very disappointed with our stay.

El lugar es todo un acierto, el checkin se realiza por una màquina y necesité ayuda porque no localizaba mi reserva y en atención al cliente me atendieron rápido y muy bien. Lo mejor es que para entrar en el hotel y en la habitación te dan un código y no has de estar pendiente de no perder la llave o tarjeta. Una estancia excelente!

The hotel is not in the centre of Perpinan but is well located with car as it also allows you to have parking inside the room. The room offers good service and is clean, it still fails to be a bathroom and not a shower in front of the mobility of people, but it is very good. I recommend it for one or two days in perpina, bypass.
