Great
SSusuYumiCleanliness:
The bathroom was very clean with no unpleasant odors. The entire place was spotless and felt very new. The bed was especially comfortable.
Service:
The owner was friendly and easy to talk to, and the service was very attentive.
Facilities:
The room was equipped with a wardrobe, refrigerator, electric kettle, dressing table, TV, and shampoo and body wash.
Environment:
The triple room was spacious. The restaurant on the 8th floor offered a great view of the Pyramids. Breakfast was included, and the freshly squeezed juice was excellent.
Location:
Only a 10-minute drive to the Pyramids!
After staying in Egypt for a month, I can say this is probably the newest hotel in Giza. The service here is much warmer and more welcoming than at Mina Palace.
GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again!
IIdriss44We stayed three nights at the Casa de Pyramids hotel and it was an exceptional experience. The establishment is brand new (opened just two months ago) and extremely clean—every space is meticulously maintained.
A big thank you to Nasser, Mohammed Nasser, and Abdallah at reception for their warm welcome and helpfulness throughout our stay. Their kindness truly marked our stay. A special mention also goes to Mohammed, the server at the rooftop restaurant, who was always smiling and attentive. And of course, thank you to Yasser, the hotel manager, for his kindness and professionalism.
We had the wonderful surprise of being upgraded to a superior room with a breathtaking view of the pyramids—a magical moment to experience at least once in your lifetime.
We highly recommend this hotel for the quality of its service, its comfort, and its exceptional view. We will definitely return!
Sincerely,
Idriss & Mariyem.
GGuest UserThe location is amazing — just a short walk to the Pyramids, and you can enjoy stunning views of them right from the rooftop or even while having breakfast. Truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
The room was clean and comfortable, with great air conditioning — a big plus in the Cairo heat. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always going out of their way to make us feel at home. A special thanks to the owner for arranging a great Cairo day tour with a professional driver and guide.
If you’re visiting the Giza Pyramids, this hotel is a fantastic choice — affordable, convenient, and unforgettable!
MmcpoThe following are real pictures and videos I took when I checked into the hotel that day. The room I stayed in that day was on the 4th floor. Hotel location: Convenient transportation in Cairo. Hotel facilities: Please see the pictures for yourself. They were taken when I checked in that day. The bedding and linens can be seen in the pictures. The bed is quite comfortable, but I had goosebumps on my body the next day. It may be caused by insect bites. It took 3 days to heal. Hotel decoration: Please see the pictures for yourself. Bathroom: You can also see the pyramids. I had lunch at his house in the afternoon. When I left in the morning, I gave the boy 250 Egyptian pounds for lunch. He said he couldn't make the change and took me outside to find the change. Hotel service staff: I personally think they are very service-minded. They were quite considerate during my stay. They served me a glass of juice as soon as I arrived. They were very enthusiastic. The pictures of the hotel match the pictures of the room I actually stayed in. You can see the pyramids outside the window, which is very convenient
JJamminontha1The service was great. Everyone was friendly and attentive and ready to help. The staff were at the front desk at all hours of the night. The rooftop views of the pyramids and the museum in the day and night are fantastic. The breakfast buffet has a wide variety of foods to choose from and lots of seating. My Uber account wasn’t working, so the hotel was able to order me one. It came with a surcharge, but it was better than taking a taxi. There’s AC and plenty of space and storage in the room. Everyone has a good grasp of the English language. There is a great outdoor area to just relax day or night and next door is a tiny market for snacks and an oil shop.
There are only a couple of cons:
1. They don’t take old or work out USD bills
2. I was given inconsistent pricing for the excursions they offered, so I booked most of them elsewhere
3. My room had no ventilation and I was unable to open my window. Also, after room service came in, it would smell faintly of cigarettes.
4. I was hand-washing and hanging clothes and housekeeping kept shutting the door to the bathroom so my clothes couldn’t dry and smelled moldy. The housekeeper for my floor didn’t speak good English, so it was a lost cause.
5. The tv only had like 10 channels and all Arabic and mostly news and religious
Overall, I would book this hotel again, but maybe request a room with a window that opens or bring a mini-fan and room spray.
DDarrienThe hotel was perfect for the price range and I had a surprisingly amazing view of the pyramids from my room on the 6th floor. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Abdo (the guy that works at reception) helped me plan and book all of my tours and even helped arrange a room for me when I got back after a tour to have a shower and relax, I had a late flight, so this was very helpful. He even helped organize a breakfast pack and store my luggage early in the morning as I had to leave before 7a.m for a camping trip.
The bathroom and room was clean and well maintained. The balcony on the 6th floor was great to relax and enjoy looking at the pyramids.the restaurant on the top floor also has great views of the pyramids. You can enjoy this while having a good meal. I definitely recommend staying here if you’re in Giza and want to wake up to a beautiful view of the pyramids.
GGuest UserWe took 1 night because we arrived 1 day before the group, so we booked another hotel for that additional night. We arrived at 4:30 AM and were able to check in quickly (5 minutes); they even gave us a bottle of water and helped us take our luggage upstairs, which was great! We slept well; despite being a simple room, it was very comforting. The shower pressure isn't the best, but it was hot, so that was okay. Breakfast was nothing special. It wasn't a buffet, so we received a ready-made plate with what they selected for us (it would be a problem if we had restrictions) and the coffee was instant, not filtered or from a machine (which we didn't like). I think the biggest negative point is that the Wi-Fi is very bad, worse than 5G, which is surprisingly extremely bad too.
CChandreThe location is great as our main attraction was the Great pyramids of Giza. The view is beautiful from the rooftop restaurant and pool. The service was amazing. The workers were very accommodating and made sure our needs were always met. Breakfast was average, there could be more of a variety. Lunch and dinner options were quite tasty.
