"The room was wide and super-accessor. Sorry that soundlessness is not optimal, and when customers speak in the high-speaking, unhappy corridor, you feel everything. The good breakfast, on the card, but incredibly long waited, 30 minutes, and we were all in the room for just 4 people. The girl who cares for it is bad, always angry, not suitable to do this job. When checking in and check out, and afternoon and evening, I sign the boy's kindness, while the girl in acceptance is distraited and unspoilable in the morning. Finally, it is incredible and unacceptable that there is no hairdryer in the room, nor available at reception."

GGuest UserVery well appointed aparthotel with almost everything needed for a comfortable stay. Checking in was easy. They could not accommodate early check in but held bags until my apartment was ready. Very spacious and clean apartment with kitchenette, living space, bedroom, large bathroom and closet. The bed and pillows were very firm, could have been a little more softer. No cutlery provided in the kitchen. The fridge and kitchen were stocked with mostly paid bar items. The walk in shower only has a rain head attachment and not a handheld device which I did not find convenient. Most of the staff were very nice. The rooftop bar and pool area were cosy. Easy to get an uber to and from the Medellin hotspots. Overall, I had a good stay but a few things could be improved for an extra comfortable luxury experience. For the price, it was just okay value considering breakfast was not included.

AAleja_8888The location is excellent, exactly in the middle of everything, walk distance to get the metro, many restaurants near by, 10 minutes walking to Provenza, easy to get to a a big super market where you can find all you need including clothes from Colombian brands. They are very good to help you with everything you required. We got a tour with them to Guatapé as they suggest and was a really good experience. The staff is so friendly and helpful, we didn’t have a metro card and they borrow us to used for all the time that we were in the hotel. They explained us where to go, timings, etc. in the place they have an easy metro map on the wall, that you can just see all the spots to visit in Medellin. The place is very clean. I’m very happy and for sure we will be back there when we come to Medellin again.

There is only one lift and it takes a long time to get down and rise, there is very friendly staff as there are others who are more serious and not so friendly, they didn't clean me the other day of the room, though it did not affect me because I was very clean since I arrived. I asked for a change of room because the one that they had given me had a view to the inside and when I booked, I said it was view to the mountain, but they resolved me quickly.

AAna BalcarThe Hotel was a positive experience for me and my family. I lived the suite offered for 3 people. Separated areas and 2 bathrooms to accommodate better, if you come with more than one child. Good for enjoy, but not so much if you want to eat there… Chefs looks like only apprentices working there, and not everything is on the menu. The staff was 50/50 nice, the two small incidents that we had, One was mostly with a young male receptionist that works during the day until the evening time, one time I forgot my keycard and I went nicely to him to ask for another one, and well, he gave me the keycard without not even looking me to my face, or saying something to me, but instead he kept talking with his co-worker, he didn’t even gave me some eye contact! Just extended the card and give it to me…which for me was a gesture of bad attitude without me knowing why he was having a contemptuous treatment against a female guest of the hotel! Lol it was a little irrespective in my opinion. The funny second incident was that we called early like afternoon time at the reception for 2 toothbrushes… well, at midnight when we were sleeping, someone knocked on the door bringing the toothbrushes that we had to get by our own, cuz it took hours for the hotel service to deliver them at the door at time!! So We decided to buy them in the nearest pharmacy from the hotel. But it was just testing the service to see How long would they take to get the damn toothbrushes at time?? Lol Lol Anyway… But don’t worry, I would come back and enjoy the hotel still… I think, That the admin should train better their staff to provide more highly customer service for all guests 👍🏼 My son was very happy enjoying the pool and the jacuzzi. Fine, Anything for my boy :)

PphoenixluckstarTrip.com The general location of the booked room will not be too good for the day, because everyone is Chinese comments, and there are few Chinese people going to South America. Thanks to the IHG gold card, I changed the room. Hotel location is super good! The only downside is that the glass is single-layer thin glass, one is not soundproof, even the highest layer has a lot of noise, the second is dangerous.

NNeoManDespite nice hotel almost a brand new... Rooms windows are not soundproof and 24/7 outside car/moto noise in the room you heard😏 The matters is huge but uncomfortable l, may face sleepless days. l recommend atfer your checked in, take a pics immediately if something broke or doesn't work in the room for further the hotel denials. During the check-in they ask to pay additional $21 but never clear explanation giving definitely rejected to pay because they are trying to sell you a xtra travel insurance. If force you to sign a paper for rejection, sign it but ask a copy of it. NO on duty manager at the hotel never ever, even small issue at the kitchen appliance repairs took 4 and half days after everday my pushing them‼️

GGuest UserGood hotel with some downsides. + Location is amazing + Hotel is pretty + Staff super friendly + Small hotel (~max 10 rooms) +/- good but small breakfast - Extremely loud, doors and walls are super thin, you can hear everything outside your room. In the first night we had a room directly in the lobby, it was so loud that we asked for a change in rooms. This was gladly accommodated; however, the next room was also loud (although not as much) - To get in and out of the hotel you need staff sitting at the reception, but during the night you have to ring a bell which is super loud and wakes up the whole hotel - Some rooms don’t have proper windows

GGuest UserDos inconvenientes el primero en el hotel me dijeron que la tarifa de tríp que pague, estaba errada en relación con la de hotel. En tríp la tarifa dice incluye tasas e impuestos y en el hotel decían que no. Lo cual generó incomodidad ya que fueron insistentes en esto.. Y en la madrugada 4 am hubo mucho ruido de la habitación continua. .

GGuest UserThe service was warm and efficient, and they checked me in quickly before showing me to the room and taking the time to explain how everything in the room worked. The location is excellent if you are looking to explore the lively area nearby, so that was a big plus for me. It is near public transport as well, so overall I would say it is in a very convenient location. Beware of the rooftop bar if you are trying to get to sleep early, so I would suggest asking for a room on a lower floor if you want a really good night's sleep.

GGuest UserThe location in Malina/El Poblado is, of course, excellent for any establishment. That being said, I felt that for its price range, this hotel was more style over substance. While everything is modern and designed to look elegant, the overall impression is rather cramped. For example, the rooftop pool is very small. If there are 10 people there, it starts to get uncomfortable, unless you're looking for a party – but there are better hotels for that. The room itself was very cramped, with limited counter space and a lack of storage. At least there was hot water! :-) It was also extremely noisy. You could hear TVs, music, voices, and singing from other rooms. And the ventilation system in the hallway hummed constantly, as if someone was vacuuming through the corridors non-stop.
