This was my first time in Zhengding, and after researching many hotels, I chose Hengyang Hotel. I wasn't disappointed! While it might not be as luxurious as larger hotels, it offers great value for money. The hotel is very clean and simple, and I even loved the cute room card design. The location is excellent too – there's a shopping mall and a McDonald's downstairs, and the small commodities night market is within walking distance, which is super convenient! They also have parking spaces and charging stations.

Overall, a perfect experience! The room was spotless, well-maintained, and fully equipped. The front desk staff were incredibly gentle and meticulous, and the thoughtful touch of providing throat-soothing tea was a definite plus. The driver was punctual and attentive, ensuring a smooth and reassuring pick-up even with our late-night arrival. Highly recommend!

Came to Zhengding to attend an exhibition. I browsed several hotels online and finally chose this one. It is really good. The decoration is very good, exquisite and comfortable. The white sofa is very eye-catching. The garden-like view outside the window makes me feel very good. Coke and Sprite are prepared in the small refrigerator. The beautiful girl at the front desk also gave me milk to replenish my energy. It's great.

The hotel service was excellent, the room facilities were new, and disposable toilet seat covers were provided. The room was spotlessly clean both nights I stayed. The breakfast was exceptionally plentiful, with a wide variety of options including coffee, tofu pudding, soy milk, fried dough sticks, sausages, salted duck eggs, bread, steamed buns, and noodles! Overall, it was incredibly good value for money!

Absolutely fantastic! Our whole family traveled together, and everyone, from the elders to the children, raved about the accommodation. It's a charming and quiet courtyard, each room has its own unique character, the rooms are warmly decorated, the facilities are very clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Most importantly, the staff were all so lovely! They were practically attentive to every request. One of the ladies with glasses was always smiling and incredibly friendly. In our Tianjin dialect, she was ”super cheerful.” It felt like home, a truly welcoming experience. The staff's cooking skills were also excellent; their handmade thin-crust pizzas were amazing! It's a shame it's a bit far, otherwise, it would be perfect for a couple of days with friends. We could relax in the courtyard, listening to music, drinking tea or coffee, and having a barbecue in the evening – so relaxing! The price is also very reasonable; it's not far from the ancient city, but much cheaper than staying inside, making it excellent value. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I travel. Oh, and thank you to the staff for the handmade zongzi (sticky rice dumplings)!

I was traveling with my parents and child, so we booked two rooms. Since we weren't familiar with the hotel's layout, the room types we initially booked weren't in the same building. We wanted to switch them to be closer, and the lady at the front desk patiently showed us around until we found rooms we absolutely loved. As the saying goes, 'if the kids are happy, everyone's happy!' My son absolutely raved about the hotel's service and room types, insisting I leave a five-star review. A big thank you to the lady at the front desk! What's more, the hotel's location is incredibly convenient. You can easily access the city wall nearby, offering a peaceful retreat right in the heart of the bustling area. The attention to detail is also impeccable; the hotel doesn't just boast cultural charm, but also genuinely cares for its guests. Highly recommend!
