Hotel staff service is no problem, staff attitude is good. But the most dissatisfied is that the smell of smoke in the toilet in the room is very big. The door of the aunt's room is not closed. In order to disperse the smell of smoke, I opened the room card and walked to the door to see that the door was open. It was not good. When I entered, the smell of smoke was heavy. It is estimated that more than one of the tenants in front smoked. And afraid that the smoke alarm in the room is pumped in the toilet, resulting in a heavy smell of smoke in the toilet, especially when the toilet door is closed, plus water vapor and humidity, it is almost vomiting. Don't say that it is a special case of individual rooms. We have two rooms in total, different floors, all of which are like this. And this is still such a big taste of the newly opened hotels. I think the hotel has not taken measures for the guests to smoke in the room, which is equivalent to condoning this behavior. I really can't accept it.
