Most importantly, the owner is incredibly welcoming. He even bought a special breakfast for us in the morning, making us feel right at home. A top choice for families traveling to Shangyou!

The room has good lighting, there is a separate drying rack, the bath water is big and hot, and the hygiene is very good. You need to swipe your card to go upstairs. It is safer and very satisfied overall.

Because we brought the medicine that needed to be refrigerated, a large bag of ice bags that needed to be frozen at the front desk of the hotel disappeared, and there was no apology. The remedy is that the front desk staff went to the kitchen refrigerator and shoveled some ice cubes for us to emergency. In such hot weather, the ice can't last long. I hope the overall staff service level can be improved.
