GGuest UserClean and hygienic, the bathroom facilities are a bit old, there will be irritable noise on the side of the road, you can let the front desk adjust the room to the back room. The front desk service is good! There are balconies, drying racks to dry clothes, this is a good benefit for traveling with children.

XXianchiluobobucaoxinThe arrival of Hainan Island on the same day, the overall hotel is not bad, the bathroom is still a squat toilet, and the network is not very good, a bit inconvenient. Driving along the Hainan Ring Tropical Rainforest Tourism Highway by car, there are gas stations and car washes nearby, which is more convenient for self-driving travel. The check-out time can actually be 3 pm, which is also rare.

GGuest UserThe overall stay experience is super satisfied! The room hygiene is in place, there is no smell, the lighting and ventilation are very good, the mattress is soft and hard to sleep well. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, hot water supply is sufficient, and the water pressure is large. The staff is gentle and polite, the environment is quiet and not noisy, the price is full, it is recommended to stay!

GGuest UserThe child accidentally vomited on the bed and soiled the bedding. I anxiously called the front desk and the room attendant came quickly. I was worried that it would be too dirty and I didn't want to deal with it. Unexpectedly, not only did she not dislike it, I even let me hold the baby and rest on the sofa while she handled it by herself. I asked how to compensate for the soiled items, and she said don't worry, I will just take care of it and put you on new bedding right away. I was really touched to see such concern when I was out with my children. This hotel is really good, both the service and the environment are great 👍

GGuest UserWhere is this farmhouse? It's simply a veteran cadre sanatorium! The environment is simply great, quiet and the air is good! Wake up in the morning in the fragrance of birds and flowers. There is no interruption of foreign idlers in the park. I can wish Jianfengling. There are many tropical plants in the park. In the evening, people outside are allowed to come in and stroll. Living here is very comfortable! There is a canteen in the garden, and there is a self-grown ecological vegetable garden. You need to book for dinner! You need to drive out to eat. You can find a good farm to eat in a few minutes. It takes only ten minutes to drive to Jianfengling Forest Park, which is very convenient! So don't be blinded by its name ～ The standard of accommodation is by no means an ordinary farmhouse!

GGuest UserThe environment is good, but due to the construction of dams, there is not much water in Tianchi. The temperature is much lower than down the mountain, but there is no air conditioning. I hope the hotel can install a fan, because it is still a bit hot in the first half of the night. The most unacceptable thing is that there are people having barbecues and sleeping in tents outside, making noise until 3 or 4 o'clock in the middle of the night, and they can't close the windows, so they can't rest at all.

XXiajieailvxingThe hotel is very close to Longmu Bay. The parking lot is very large. The front desk staff is very kind. The room is clean and tidy. There is also a balcony to see the scenery. Everything is fine. But an old lady who lives in the hotel is abominable! The hotel itself is a pet-friendly hotel. I saw elderly people in order not to affect the tight reins from the third floor to go up and down the stairs. Because she saw it, she asked the manager to complain! The rope is so tight, it is not ten centimeters close to the body, and it is not easy to avoid the elevator and go up and down the stairs. It is not a bad dog. Husky who doesn't say a word makes you so untolerant! Rich to pack the hotel, write that outsiders and dogs can't count you inside! Although the manager expressed understanding to us, he was very helpless. The two hours of rest did not charge us. We left the most disgusting encounter around Hainan Island.

GGuest UserI love the hostess so much! She's so kind, so welcoming, and so forthright! I missed out on our planned trip last year, so I regretted not coming. But I made it this year! It happened to rain when I arrived yesterday afternoon 🌧️, and I was exhausted. Seeing the hostess's smile and charming demeanor instantly made her day 😁 She even shared some rice dumplings from her friend ~ haha, we got in on the fun. A group of guests had just left yesterday, and the hostess was so direct, generous, and thoughtful to get us a large room on the third floor. Absolutely awesome! Thumbs up!! This is a national forest park, a natural oxygen bar. Waking up to the sun, listening to the chirping of insects and birds, and immersing yourself in nature! How wonderful! 🌞 Recommended! Make an appointment!
