AAnonymous UserFacilities: The facilities are okay, the room is equipped with a mosquito killer, and the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, which is relatively good. However, the room was not equipped with disposable slippers, and the non-disposable slippers provided did not have any sterilization label, so I didn't dare to wear them. The landline phone in the room is just a decoration and cannot make any calls at all. The front desk phone can only be dialed through the mobile phone.
Hygiene: Hygiene is okay, but there is still dust in the corner next to the bed.
Environment: The environment is very good, very comfortable, and the green coverage area is very high. As long as there's no DJ playing on that side of the street, it's still relatively quiet.
Service: There is no way to scan the QR code to register at the front desk. You must have original documents, which is very troublesome. Although the front desk staff took the initiative to take us to the room card, they did not inform us of the breakfast location and meal time. This can be improved next time. There is no concierge in the hotel to help with luggage, and there are not many staff members. However, the room staff is very quick to provide disposable slippers at night.
