GGuest UserThe decoration looks quite new, but it's a bit rough. The shower room leaks a little. The breakfast is relatively simple. The waiters are very nice and there is a washing machine and dryer. There is no charge for parking anywhere in Hunchun except at the high-speed rail station. There are a lot of Russians in the hotel, which is quite harmonious. When going to Fangchuan, it is necessary to first visit the Zhanggufeng Incident Memorial Hall, which is helpful for visiting Fangchuan Scenic Area. At a glance, you can see the train from Russia to North Korea. Of course, if you have time, it would be a good idea to take a look at the various lifestyles of North Koreans.

WWilliamRHThis is the best hotel in Yanbian area, with luxurious facilities and five-star service standards. The exterior of the hotel is very grand, and at night it looks like a Chinese movie set. There are many places to take pictures, not only during the day, but also at night. A North Korean girl played the piano in the lobby, and the reception staff were efficient and multilingual. The whole hotel is full of Korean cultural characteristics, which made me feel very comfortable. The hotel also has a large parking lot, as well as a luxury shuttle service. The breakfast was very varied and the seating was very comfortable. The room was so large that I felt like I was living in a Korean palace. The ordinary rooms are comparable to the presidential suites in many hotels across the country. I am looking forward to staying at this hotel again. Highly recommend!

The shower room had a good drainage design, no water accumulation, and with a large showerhead and warm water, the showering experience was very comfortable; 5. There's a lively morning market downstairs; 6. The hotel is located on one end of Yanhe West Street, with the seafood street and bustling commercial area just a few minutes' drive away, which is very convenient. 7. The lobby and floor staff were very friendly. Suggestion: 1. The room's scent diffuser had an ordinary smell, which I personally disliked. If the aroma doesn't meet expectations, it might be better not to use it.

GGuest UserDecoration at 8.9am, very big noise frame smashing the wall, lasting 3 hours, can not rest at all. The front desk didn't prompt to inform at all, speechless. I called the front desk, who told them that the drug store next door was renovating, but didn't tell them, and they didn't know... This was the front desk's answer that there was no solution at all. After continuing to smash the wall for 1 hour, I called the front desk to ask for the earplugs, which took more than 40 minutes to be delivered. I can't rest at all and I'm going to die. The front desk also needs training, customers ask questions, at least think of solutions..
Ps The room was clean and hygienic with good facilities

In addition to the good experience of staying in, the program is very exciting. In the evening, we went to the city to eat and came back to the scenic spot. On the way back to the room, we casually said whether there was a drink. A man who seemed to be on duty came out of the office directly and asked what we needed. We said that the lobby bar seemed to be off work and wanted to drink. He said that there was Coca-Cola, and then my boyfriend didn’t like to drink. I said that I liked to drink, but in the end, I said forget it. It was a bit troublesome for others. The result was just 2 minutes into the room. The front desk called and said that we sent two bottles of drinks and put it at the door. A bottle of Coca-Cola, a bottle of Jasmine tea, is really warmed by their service, although it is a small city on the border, but the connotation is definitely not lost to the big city, a great experience, I will highly recommend it!
