I booked four rooms for two nights, but the next day, the room cards of the four rooms took turns and could not open the door. Some happened in the morning, some happened at noon, and some were good during the day. At night, the effect of the room card suddenly... What's more strange is a room card that has been updated. Once again, I can't use it. I ran to the front desk to update the room card, but the waiter didn't even say sorry... The hotel in such a C location, I hope the service will also make the guests have a C-level experience.
