The grass and wood room is the perfect homestay in my heart.

The boss will accompany you around the day before you check in, recommend attractions and food, and carefully feel the preferences of the guests. What is even more touching is the sincerity waiting at the door.

TTuan Ying GohVery new hotel. There’s a robot to deliver what you need - from food deliveries to bottled water from the hotel. Love this automated service. Efficient. Hotel is in a quiet area which’s nice. There’s a snack supermarket opposite the hotel (3 minutes walk). Very good deals and varieties. Post office is opposite as well. About 15 minutes drive to 观海园 to watch sun rise. Should do so as the sun rise is beautiful with unblocked view.
Hotel room is kept clean and tidy. Shower can be a bit small on 6th floor. Room cleaning is well done. Toilet had a smoke smell when I checked in. Reception offered to change a room but I asked for a spray down of the toilet which did the trick.
Friendly reception staff. Warm and welcoming.

I can see that the hotel is cleaning. The room TV can be used to take pictures. Unfortunately, our one is broken, because it is about to leave, so there is no big problem. I arrived at the hotel very late at night, but the beautiful woman at the front desk was very enthusiastic and told me to have breakfast on the first floor because I was very tired after a long day of driving. , so I took a hot bath and went to sleep. I was a little too familiar with the bed and was afraid of insomnia. Unexpectedly, I woke up at almost 8 o'clock. Oh my God, the bed is so comfortable. In the morning, I found that there was body lotion in the room. This is so considerate. I quickly used it. It is silky and smooth. The fragrance is still good. The breakfast is also very rich. I like to eat the freshly wrapped wontons with seaweed soup. After eating, the security guard who collected the breakfast ticket will also say... I smiled and nodded. The service quality is excellent. I will stay at this hotel again if I have the opportunity to travel on business in the future!

I have stayed in a lot of hotels, and the service of Haiyan all seasons is rare and makes me feel human. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, not cold process operation, but really care about you as a guest. Communication is particularly smooth and comfortable, what can be solved as soon as you say, and the attitude is good. The atmosphere of the entire hotel is also relaxing and comfortable, not as tight as some places.
The comfort of the room is the foundation. This time the mattress is also very comfortable to sleep, but this intimate and grounded service is a plus! After living, the mood has improved, comfortable!
