GGuest UserI have been to Jiuhua Mountain for several years and this is a relatively good experience First of all, the environment. This is a newly renovated hotel with a very Zen style. The sanitary conditions are also OK. The hotel's products are also very good, including Dyson hair dryers, Guanxia aromatherapy, and Jurlique toiletries. It can be said to be a small but beautiful hotel. Secondly, the service is really impeccable. We went to Jiuhua Street for dinner on the night of check-in, and it started to rain heavily. The hotel owner even asked a friend to pick us up. The breakfast delivered to the room was also very rich, with a wide variety, which provided plenty of energy for worshiping Buddha. All in all, it is a highly recommended hotel with an excellent location. It only takes a dozen minutes to walk to the Palace of the Reincarnation of the Flesh and the small rooftop. It is worth checking out.

GGuest UserI went to Jiuhua Mountain in the fifth year. The homestay I had stayed in was fully booked, so I met Xiangli. Although there were some unpleasantness at the beginning (actually it was probably caused by the pick-up and drop-off service they outsourced), everything was very nice afterwards. First of all, the geographical location is very good, right next to Huacheng Temple. Secondly, I asked the housekeeper on WeChat and the reply was very prompt and the problem was always solved quickly. The afternoon tea provided was very rich and also took children into consideration. Because of the afternoon tea, we decided to have lunch at the B&B the next day, and we were not disappointed, the food was delicious. They also proactively provided an extra quilt and sheets, which could turn the tatami into a small bed, and the children were very happy. In the end, because of an unintentional mistake, the cost of the chicken soup was waived. Although they are all small details, what a B&B does is to present the details in a concrete way. This time the stay experience was very good. Will continue to stay here every time in the future. The magnolia in the yard is a big plus.

GGuest UserA truly exceptional stay on Jiuhuashan I have stayed in many guesthouses across China, but this one stands out in a very special way. From the very first moment, the communication via WeChat was friendly, quick, and reliable – even though my Chinese is limited and the staff’s English is not extensive. Still, everything worked beautifully. Warm, patient, uncomplicated. It already gives you the feeling that you are in good hands. I stayed for two days, and throughout my entire time there, everything was perfectly organized. I was picked up right on time upon arrival – an invaluable service in a mountain area that can be a little confusing for newcomers. The guesthouse itself is extremely comfortable: warm, well-designed rooms with excellent facilities, a huge screen, electric curtains, cozy bedding, and all the small details that make travel easier. I immediately felt welcomed and well taken care of. During my stay, the staff assisted me with everything I needed, always with kindness and without any complications. When it was time to leave, they also arranged transport back to my bus at exactly the time I requested. Truly flawless service. But the most extraordinary highlight was something I did not expect at all: the free guided tour that the homestay organizes for all their guests. They drove us to the starting point, and then we spent the day walking through the misty mountain paths, visiting nine of the most important temples on Jiuhuashan. It was magical – quiet, mysterious, deeply atmospheric. Our guide took wonderful care of everyone, explained so much about the temples, the mountain, the history, and the spirit of Dizang Bodhisattva, and created a sense of depth that went far beyond sightseeing. This was not a tourist activity. It was a spiritual and cultural experience – something you can only receive from people who truly love their mountain and want to share it with others. In the fog, among ancient stones, incense smoke, and the sound of footsteps on wet leaves, one begins to understand why Jiuhuashan has been a sacred place for centuries. My conclusion: This homestay offers not only comfort, warmth, and excellent service, but also a genuine connection to the spiritual heart of Jiuhuashan. I can recommend Tanxiangyuan Homestay without any hesitation. For pilgrims, travelers, lovers of nature, or anyone seeking a meaningful experience, this place is simply perfect. I am grateful for every moment I spent there.

The overall design is relatively new and very clean and tidy. Service: Every boss in the store (I think they are all bosses) is very friendly, especially the tall lady who serves tea in the evening. Her smile is very contagious. Food: The focus is on afternoon tea. The appearance and taste are both online. I like osmanthus black tea and tangerine peel melon seeds very much. I also order meals here. Although the price is higher than that of restaurants outside, the environment and hygiene are friendly. I have to say that Jiuhua bamboo shoots fried meat and the small cold dishes of snow vegetables and fresh bamboo shoots in the morning are really delicious😋

We were among the first to go up the mountain, so there was no crowding at all. I had originally planned my own itinerary to explore from top to bottom. On the day we checked in, the host was very thoughtful and recommended a great sightseeing route that perfectly leveraged the hotel's location. The Huangjing tea at the hotel was delicious, so I bought a can to take home.

They warmly opened the floor heating in the room in advance. The room was warm and comfortable. The quilt was dry and tidy and smelled very clean. Because I took the elderly, I lived for two days, most of the time I ate in the store. The kitchen was very clean and tasted good. It was no different from the outside restaurant. I also warmly helped us leave the chicken soup that was not finished to the evening. I used to come to Jiuhuashan every year, this time I lived the most comfortable time. AAnonymous UserI chose the family room at Yuanhang Hotel based on Ctrip reviews and its proximity to the Cultural Park. The room itself was decent. However, the hotel seemed to have very few guests, resulting in no air conditioning in common areas like the lobby and corridors. It was sweltering hot the moment you stepped out of your room. Additionally, our room was quite a distance from the elevator, and we'd be drenched in sweat just walking there. While I can understand conserving electricity due to low occupancy, the entire hotel felt deserted. Breakfast was also very subpar, with one of the salted duck eggs even being spoiled. The only redeeming quality was the Chinese restaurant, which offered good food and generous portions. Despite the staff being very friendly, the overall state of the hotel's facilities severely impacted our stay, making for an unpleasant experience. I had initially hoped to walk to the Cultural Park, but it was too hot, so we ended up taking a taxi for a flat rate of 10 RMB. This effectively negated the benefit of the hotel's location for walking. I believe this hotel might be more suitable for guests visiting Mount Jiuhua who prioritize being close to the visitor center.

The room was very well cleaned without any unpleasant odors, which was excellent! The window in my room was a bit small, which had its advantages, as it prevented outside moisture and fog from getting in, which is important since the bedding can easily become damp when staying in a mountain setting. The receptionist was very helpful and even planned my travel route! 👍 On check-out day, the hotel provided a shuttle to take our luggage down to the foot of the mountain, saving us the trouble of making the trip. 👍 Overall, I was very satisfied.
