GGuest UserThe room is quite big, new and clean, the environment is sanitary, and parking is free. Although it is on the highway side, the soundproofing effect is very good, it is quite satisfactory for the transition overnight.

MmingtakOverall facilities very good. Staff also polite. But experience with catering is below expectation.
I had dinner in the hotel on the first night, and choices were limited and expensive. I had a fish but found out half cooked during serving. They just took the remaining portion into the kitchen and re-cook it instead of replacing a new one.
Breakfast on last day was also annoying. Our orders of egg was delayed/forgotten ! After chasing, my wife's hard boil egg order became soft egg. And my fried egg order never came and I just gave up.
I guess visitors of the property typically has a car and I strongly recommend people to have meals outside.

QQizhuzhuangdiqiu2019NewStar Hotel is a fantastic hotel. Rooms are clean and tidy. Staffs are kind and nice. The manager Urs is a real gentlemen. Hope everyone will book this hotel and I'm sure you will have a wonderful journey in St.Gallen!
