PPhillipSulWe stopped and stayed at St Hugh at Wagga Wagga on our way home from Melbourne. The hotel has only opened 2 weeks ago. The two king size suited us with two kids, and the design of the room and the bathroom are functional and maintained clean. The staff at the reception are very helpful, especially Rebecca who contacted us for the left behind earrings of my wife. She made a lot of effort to send the earrings by registered mail . The location is within walking distance to shops and three Supermarkets. We highly recommend this hotel halfway between Melbourne and Sydney.

The disadvantage is that it is a bit far from the city center, 5 or 6 kilometers. Although there is nothing to go shopping in the city center, this is a bit outrageous for a small town with only tens of thousands of people. There is a popular Kung Fu takeaway in the city center, and the waiters are so beautiful. . . .
In another episode, the hotel was worried that I would close it too late, so I asked Ctrip to call me. Ctrip didn't give it to life or death, and was forced to do nothing. The customer service sent me a message asking me to contact the hotel by myself. After I called, the hotel front desk scolded Ctrip customer service. After I arrived at the hotel, the front desk scolded me again. Ctrip again. . . . It feels awkward. In fact, I want to say, he will give it if he wants. . . . My phone is not shameless.
By the way, the buffet mentioned in other reviews was temporarily closed due to the epidemic.

GGuest UserThere was a feeling of cleanliness throughout the hotel. I arrived in the morning, so I had my luggage checked in, but when I checked in, it was very quick and I already had my luggage in my room. The shower water pressure is sufficient.
