This hotel is perfect for this island. Everything was beautiful. We had a slight hiccup at the check-in, but manager Vince settled the issue in a very professional way. He was kind and he listened and acted accordingly. I really appreciated that. They do have the best bar in the island with the most attentive bartenders. The drinks was so pretty and delicious. I strongly recommend this hotel I know I will come back.

A little old wooden hat but the room was clean w a full set of amenities! Nice and clean hot shower. The beach was just a footstep away and this is our most favourite room in this resort! Thank you for your wonderful food and service!

Excellent hotel, with a good location, we were there for 2 nights, that's not enough, at least 5 days, the breakfasts are excellent, the staff is polite, and the sea is of unprecedented beauty!❤️

I can't call this place a hostel, because many hotels are much worse. This hotel is part of the island's hotel chain (Peter Pan, Captain Hook, Wendy's, Tenkerbell). And it left the most pleasant impressions: fresh renovation, everything in the room is thought out to the smallest detail, a beautiful beach is 3 minutes' walk away. It is located in a picturesque place near the river, there are shops, an exchange office and several cafes nearby, on the territory of the hotel itself there is a separate room with a microwave, toaster, dishes, as well as unlimited freshly brewed coffee, cocoa, tea, ice, in the mornings they serve breakfast of your choice in containers. Very nice girl at the reception with a cat. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful place, very beautiful beach, can swim, newly opened accommodation, many management still need to be improved, such as the amount of breakfast, drinks during long holidays are not enough for guests, the hotel tries to manage the situation well, but customers have to wait a bit. If you focus on a survival atmosphere, it is okay. Cleanliness is okay, bathroom, shower room should have shoes for customers to change into. The tent is cleaned every day and you can ask for new towels every day.

Starting with the positives, Tolani resort has really friendly staff who bent over backwards to make your stay pleasant. It also has beautiful rooms our bungalow was clean and comfortable with good aircon and a very comfortable bed. It gave a feeling of luxury though the water pressure in the shower was really bad. It’s outside of the rooms that this resort falls flat. Tolani is positioning itself as a luxury resort and with a high price point to match but for the money it doesn’t deliver. The resort is supposedly on the beach but in reality the beach is not easily accessible from the resort. You can climb over rocks and swim over to the beach but it’s not easy. This means you will not have any sun loungers on the beach which can be an issue as the pool area is very small with only a handful of beds there. It’s also what you want from a beach front resort. The food at the resort including breakfast is very poor but very expensive. Thankfully there are great restaurants nearby but we didn’t have a single good meal here. Drinks and food are massively overpriced for the island too. We also had a poor experience at checkout. We had given our scooter back to the hire place but needed to head to the shops and so my wife asked if it was possible to get a taxi. A kind member of staff offered to run her up the road quickly in their car which we assumed was just a kind gesture. On checkout they charged us 15 euros for this trip. That’s an outrageous price for a 5 minute ride down the road but it also wasn’t communicated to us that we would be charged at the time as we wouldn’t have agreed. When we challenged this they told us we had to pay. It left a really bad taste in the mouth and it showcased this place is mainly looking to make money off its guests and not about creating a good experience. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here because there are better resorts for the price point and the food and facilities are both sorely lacking. The lovely staff are not enough to save the price gouging happening here.

All liked it! But I will write a little about what could have been done better, so that the hotel knows where it can grow. 1. It was a little difficult to communicate with the staff and communicate with them by mail (when I wrote with a request to reserve separate beds for us in advance, they told me - hello! If such a room is free, it means it will be, if it is busy, it means it will be busy.) 2. Sunbeds. There are fewer sunbeds than hotel guests, and therefore when we arrived at one o’clock in the afternoon, all the sunbeds were occupied by someone: people simply threw their towels at breakfast and went somewhere for the day. That is, the sunbeds were all occupied, but they were not used. Perhaps if we added 4 more sunbeds it would be better. Otherwise, the hotel and location are so good that I would return there again. The rooms are perfect, the breakfast is good, everything is incredibly beautiful and well maintained.

A beautiful hotel, a good location next to the pier. There is a beach with sand and stones. You can see fish. A great restaurant and beautiful villas with sea view and palm trees. You can have a good rest. But this hotel loves families with breast-feeding children. You will have breakfast, sunshine and enjoy sunset for dinner under the cry and the cry of the children

The beach is also perfect, and I want to rest and enjoy the beach and sunshine every day; the holiday home has its own dedicated swimming pool, and the bedroom and bathroom are designed and decorated to make the guests comfortable; the SPA service provided by the hotel is more expensive, but it is also enjoyable. There is a desire to sleep in the soothing music, and the technicians have high professional skills; the breakfast is very good. It happened to encounter a free kayaking activity. Since it was the first time to experience this sport, I started to adapt a little, but I soon became proficient. The staff led in front and was very responsible. The experience of this process was very good; the breakfast dining environment was comfortable, and you could also enjoy the beach view while eating breakfast; after checking out, the hotel car and service staff sent you to the pier of the island.
