Hotels with Breakfast in Verona

"Located in a rather embarrassing place, I was in trouble. Evening restaurant for dinner was more than 10 minutes on foot. However, it feels like a villa with a quiet atmosphere, talking with guests and having a good night's rest."

"We recently stayed here for 5 nights to take in the sights of Verona and surrounding cities. While I can't complain about the price, and for that, it was a bargain, there were a number of issues that resulted in a less than perfect rating. The location: While it looks close to the main train station, it is about a 25 minute walk. However the 23/24/73 buses run regularly and pick-up / drop-off very close to the hotel Lidl: next door to the hotel is a Lidl - it was a godsend and well worth visiting (if only for the fresh cheese focaccia). The hotel itself was very clean but: - The rooms have wooden floors and the walls aren't super-thick. So, when someone checks in to their room nearby, you can hear everything. At midnight, it isn't great when they're walking in heels across the floor. - Lack of plug sockets - there was one usable plug in the room that is shared with the kettle, and one in the bathroom! - Air conditioning (or severe lack of) - the rooms have air con, however, it wasn't switched on and I was told by reception that at this time of year (October) they don't have it switched on. The room temp was in the high 20s which led to us not actually sleeping under the covers - we spend 5 night sleeping on top of the bed as the room was just too hot. We couldn't sleep with the window open as their was too much noise from outside. - The toilet flush was leaking 'hot water' - but this was repaired / replaced with a different toilet flush - Staff: They were helpful when housekeeping has vacuumed up one of my wife's earrings, but didn't offer any assistance with regards to the heating in the room"

"The stay I had there was simply incredible, I was positively impressed and would come back a thousand times over, everything is very beautiful, organized and very well located, it is right in the city center which makes the stay more pleasant, everything you can do nearby, there is all the commerce and especially next to the arena, the most beautiful thing, the hotel itself is very well built and there was always someone there to help us, the room is the cutest thing and super tidy, the breakfast is very tasty and There are several options, I loved everything about the hotel, congratulations and the people who work there are extremely friendly!!! 💕"

"Hotel is right on the main shopping district. It is 1min walk away from LV (start of the shopping street), and the Arena (mini colosseum). You have plenty of food choices here. Breakfast is served daily in the room, so you can have the comfort of eating in your PJ. Room is huge, so you have plenty of space for your luggage etc. cleanliness is good. Only small downside is, if you are a light sleeper, you might be disturbed by the noise from the shopping district which typically ends around 11pm daily. I had a good 8 days stay here!"

"Marilyn Red Hotel, where Mari has lived! Although the room is not as big as the picture, it is a very refined hotel. Just next to the Verona Round Theatre, in the heart of the scenic area, basically walking to all the attractions, time can be controlled within half an hour! The luxury street next door is enough for a whole day. The Michelin recommended restaurant downstairs, the price is also reasonable, the train station is also 15 minutes walk, no need to worry about the location of the hotel. It was just that the bar on the rooftop had a private banquet that day, but I couldn’t experience it, but it felt great at night!"

"Hotel nel cuore del centro storico di Verona, in piazza delle erbe. Il personale in reception è stato molto gentile, amichevole e il check in immediato. La camera tripla era molto grande, accogliente, con soffitto con travi a vista, minibar, kit x tè e caffè, ottima illuminazione, aria condizionata e riscaldamento autonomi, in bagno tutto in necessario comprese le pantofole. La hall con un bel salottino con libreria. E acqua aromatizzata disponibile gratuitamente. La colazione è stata eccellente. Dolci fatti in casa, bevande calde portate al tavolo direttamente dal bar, un buon assortimento di prodotti gluten free. C'era anche del salato. Un ottima scelta e varietà. Il.sucvo di mela verde è buonissimo. La pulizia sia degli spazi comuni che della camera era eccellente. Mi ha colpito anche la reception aperta 24/24. È stata una bellissima esperienza, lo consiglio assolutamente e ci tornerò. Il rapporto qualità/ prezzo è davvero impagabile!"
