Room is equipped with hair dryer, shower gel and hair wash, hand soap, and complimentary mini-bar items."

"I’ve stayed here a few times because of its location (10min) to the airport. Rooms are old, worn, both times the shower has been broken. Overhead (rain) shower head constantly drips cold water on you even if the handheld shower is on warm. Second time with my family, handheld didn’t work so you had to turn on the cold water rain option first, the only way to turn it on is to get blasted with cold water… just not a pleasant experience. Toilet is old style, every other hotel has Japanese warm water “washlet” at 1/2 the room price. We ordered 2 queen beds and our room only had one queen and they brought in a small, hard folding bed. All this for over $300 a night without breakfast. Very small TV and no amenities. We stayed at 4 hotels on our trip and all were luxurious, this feels like a$50 hotel."

"I was greeted by a lady when I first arrived (17 June) had 5 luggage with a kid.
Breakfast was great. Buffet selection was good. Lunch wasn’t the best but I understand since it was weekday lunch.
Room was a good size and clean but we didn’t spend much time in it.
On the day of leaving Taiwan (19 June), we woke up later than expected and have 6 luggage due to shopping. The same lady found a vehicle to accommodate us. Very sweet, friendly and helpful lady. She will be the reason that I would stay at the same hotel when I return to Taiwan."

I am welcomed by the fromt desk and lucky to receive an upgrade to a family room with 2 king-size beds at the time of checking in in 22/4/2025.
Strong air-conditioning.
The only thing that is NOT pleasant is the simple breakfast they provided.
I believe all Taiwan may provide this type of breakfast unless you pay more.

Eeva choVery hygienic and tidy, more than comfortable and convenient. I will invite friends to come with me next time. It is a rare experience when traveling. You can also take your children to participate in parent-child activities. There are many attractions to visit, and there is also Feng Feifei Story House, which parents love. It is a highly recommended hotel to stay in when traveling! That's perfect, thank you!

LLukeTW86The Westin Tashee Resort in Taoyuan was an excellent getaway. The property is a little bit o it of the way, but it was well worth the trip. The service and hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well stocked on amenities. We had a good view of the mountains. The best part of the resort was all the activities and the pool. The outdoor pool was clean and just the right temperature. There was an open bar from 8:00 to 9:30 that was fun and had performers. Lots of
Activities for kids as well. My only criticism would be the quality of the food in the buffet. While they had a lot of options, including western food, it was in my opinion poorly executed for the price. We tried both the dinner buffet and the breakfast buffet. For example, the eggs were too watery, the bacon not crispy enough during breakfast. Dinner the meat was dry. High points of the buffet is the selection and the Indian food. Surpassingly, the lobby bar (cafe?) had a great club sandwich, and was the best meal of the stay.

DDavChkIts about 20-30mins taxi ride to the hotel and its near ZhongLi Night Market. Its about 10 mins walk and the reason i book this hotel and because it has the Gamers concept and my 10 year old son likes it a LOT! Didnt really play any game though but the concept and design is real classy. The service is outstanding and they try to accommodate most of our request even suggesting a warmer to regulate their centralise aircon. They have some snacks and the breakfast looks real good but sad to say we need to leave early to airport and the breakfast only starts 7am. They did a favor by packing our breakfast on our way to airport. Kudos to iHotel and would recommend any family who has kids and had a stayover due to overnight flight schedule in Taiwan. The PC is connected to the net and I can check my things online in which most hotels dont have that in the room. There are 2 Gamers PC in the room. Wow unbelievable 😁

GGuest UserThe hotel lobby and the attitude of the front-desk staff is a bit disappointed. But the room status, size, amenities and breakfast varieties make up the scores so making this stay rated at 70% satisfaction. Watch the steps when walk in and out of the hotel lobby from outside. There is height difference between the lobby floor and the exterior foyer floor. There is nearby convenient store (7-11) and there is a shortcut to a near by hidden bar. The bar is a great place after 8pm and they only has 15 seats. Let me know if u want to go this hidden bar.
Back to the hotel, the room’s sound proofing is good. Did not hear any strange noice from next doors at night😬😬. The picture is what i had in the balcony. It is a clean balcony. Try ask for higher floor in ur booking so ur view is not obstructed. I was placed at 9th floor. Pls ensure u r booking the Bentley hotel and not the Benz hotel. These 2 hotel has huge difference.

Hhack moneyBreakfast has only three main dishes to choose from, but there are few other foods. Since I brought a child with me, I still had to pay 400 yuan, which is not reasonable for Taiwan's market. The overall cleanliness is OK. The location is close to the tourist night market, which is only 3 to 5 minutes away. It is very convenient, but because I stayed at night, there was a serious traffic jam around the night market.

GGuest UserStayed for one night here so that we could catch our early morning flight at Taoyuan Airport. As we had to leave the hotel around 4.50am, they were unable to provide us with breakfast, unfortunately. Triple room was not very spacious but ok for a night’s stay. Wifi did not require password so it didn’t feel very secure..
Location was very good, close to many shops and a couple of shopping malls nearby, we even managed to do last minute shopping at a nearby pharmacy which operates till 11pm.

The door has no side lock which might not feel like safe even though it is card access and there is a lock with the card access.
Overall, great stay and the staff are polite and ask customer for their options to what time for them to do house keeping.

MMariettaWe travelled by family,so i booked for triple bed.We are assigned in room 508 and the room is cozy,bed is comfortable to sleep with complete towels,drinking water and toiletries but there was no available toothbrush it's good that i remember to bring our own.
The hotel is big and old but manage so well.Location is good near train station and other establishments and also distance to airport is not a problem.The best is that they have their own parking for their guests.Breakfast is also serve which is hard to find when choosing a place to stay overnight.The staff is also accommodating.
They just need to pay attention for the smell of cigarette and there are some corners of the room that never pay attention to clean.This is a minor problem that needs improvement.
All and all I can still recommend this place and will looking forward again for future booking.Not bad!
