There is a big Anmo bathtub, which must have been unused for a long time, so it is not clean and the hot water temperature is very low. The breakfast is average and the waiter is very enthusiastic. The room is quite big.

What a little gem of a place to stay in Brasov. A huge thank you to the staff for finding my daughter's engagement ring and helping arrange collection by courier to deliver to us in Bucharest. The staff were amazing and the hotel lovely and clean. Had a great night's sleep. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely hotel, large rooms, friendly staff especially reception as my daughter lost her engagement ring and realised after we left, the staff were honest and went out of their way to help us get it back. Breakfast was simple but adequate. But all in all we wish we had spent longer there and not moved to Bucharest for the remainder.

Nice big room, very clean with conveniences such as kettle, fridge, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers. Lovely big balcony with a view over the pool and Mountain View.

A circa 5 km dal centro in un ambiente tranquillo: ottimo per chi ha la macchina , non proprio consigliabile per chi non la ha.
Stanza ampia e pulita, struttura nuova . Consiglierei di fare un po' più di piccola manutenzione: il vetro della lampada del comodino si teneva solo grazie al cavo elettrico (prontamente aggiustato dopo averlo segnalato), porta della camera e del bagno non funzionava bene la chiusura.
Colazione ottima, personale gentile. Giudizio positivo, se ripasso da Brasov ci tornerò volentieri.

We where 2 familys with 3 rooms for a 3 nights visit. All of the rooms didnt have hot water for 3 nights and had to beg for the reception to turn on the boiler (one of the staff members told me that “it happend becouse other gustd are using the shower 🤦♂️). In addition to that the cleaning wad horrible, they left dirty coffe cups and plates in the room every morning. Never going back there again!!!

We travelled from USA spent a night here cause it got dark and we found this place on our way to Cluj but we enjoyed it to the fullest. Plus the breakfast was absolutely outstanding with choice for coffee (capucino or expresso) literally impressed with the choices for breakfast. Highly recommended 👏👏👏

Had Junior Suite and room was dated. Staff was not trained on location of any restaurants. Not conveniently located to restaurants. Bar was tended to by receptionist and no champagne available during New Years Eve stay.
