Great personnel at the front desk on the last two days of our stay on Sunday and Monday. The gentleman at the reception desk had great Horeca skills, could be management, I don’t know, but if he’s not management he really should be!

This hotel is positioned next two of the best hotels I have ever been to (Escalade and Teleferic) already being the worst out of all of them, I don’t even know how it has 5 stars.After my family settled in, we had realised that the window was broken as well as the glass in the shower.To make things worse, I had seen two cockroaches as well as several mosquitos.Additionally, my brother has autism and he exited the hotel room mistaking the door for another (you can’t even lock the door).My brother at the time had diarrhea and had pooped on the floor.Us being all asleep had no idea of his mistake.The next day, they came demanding to give the staff money or else they would kick us out.Finally, we had already talked to the manager prior to visiting and told him that we would be five people, the receptionist was then so rude and ignorant and so my father and grandfather had to carry a bed up three stories.In conclusion, this hotel’s staff have been rude, ignorant and arrogant to me and my family disregarding all of our problems.

The receptionist named Marian has very bad attitude and he is very rude. He started screaming & offended me when we asked to change our booking ( and asked me why I made reservation with booking and not with the hotel directly . And he said that booking received more money than hotel for that reason he didn’t want to help) & He asked my age & started giving me suggestions ! This is unacceptable! I've never met anyone worse than him,kicking the Costomer !When I asked to speak with the manager he ignored me & told me “come if u want tomorrow&wait , I don’t know if he would come” . Before our arrival we sent several emails but nobody responded back. We were switched from room our first night because jakuzzi had problem ( the lady from reception (Maria)came to our room and told us that she felt sorry & we should change room ) and our “new” next room had again problem ( bathroom) ( I called her & checked again ). So our first night ruined & early in the morning we packed our luggage & left ( missed 3 night )!My girlfriend and I travel to Europe and outside Europe many times. We know what good service entails. I am not happy with the way i’ve been treated. It doesn’t matter how many stars do you have if the service of welcoming is zero , hospitality plays a fundamental role. You told us that we would have a great stay & u made the best to ruin it . And after all these they asked from booking to charge me 1500 RON for the mess ! Totally crazy!
