Horrendous experience. Do yourself a favor and book a reputable property nearby.
I booked a room for one night and was sent a message confirming the booking several days in advance. The day prior to my arrival, I was sent an email asking for information including name, passport, and address. After submitting this, I expected to be provided with check in instructions and possibly an access code. None of this happened.
Upon arrival at the property at 18.45, there was no one to let me in. The property advertises hat check in is available until 20.00, which is confirmed by a sign in the lobby. Two guests who were outside smoking opened the exterior gate for me and got me into the lobby, but after calling the hotel service number 3x and emailing to no avail, I eventually had to leave and get another hotel.
The management finally reached out just before 20.30 with a CYA response. At no time did they apologize for their failure to communicate or to provide an access code, and I have had to fight them for a refund.
Seriously, save the hassle and book elsewhere.
